Abstract
Description
a)コア材料及び繊維材料を含むプリフォームを製造するステップ;
b)該プリフォームをモールド中に挿入するステップ;
c)該モールドを閉じ、モールドキャビティに真空を適用するステップ;
d)該モールド中にマトリックス材料を注入するステップ;
e)該マトリックス材料を100℃以下、好ましくは50〜100℃、より好ましくは60〜80℃の温度で硬化するステップ;及び
f)得られた複合材料を離型するステップ。
Claims (14)
- コア材料がモールド内に置かれ、該モールド内に液状のマトリックス材料が挿入され、硬化される、複合材料の製造方法であって、該マトリックス材料の硬化が100℃以下の温度で作用されることを特徴とする、製造方法。
- マトリックス材料の硬化は、50℃〜100℃以下、好ましくは60〜80℃の温度で作用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- コア材料はフォームコア材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- コア材料は60〜400g/l、好ましくは80〜150g/lの密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- マトリックス材料は、EN ISO 2555に従い20〜40℃で測定して、20の3000mPas、好ましくは100〜1000の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- マトリックス材料はポリオール成分及びイソシアネート成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- マトリックス材料は、10〜80質量%の、200g/mol〜3000g/molの数平均分子量を有する少なくとも1種のポリオール;5〜70質量%の少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリイソシアネート;及び0〜15質量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤を含有する、2成分ポリウレタン組成物であることを特徴とする、ここで、該組成物は2:1〜1:2のNCO:OH比を有し、該質量%はそれぞれ該組成物の総質量に基づく、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- マトリックス材料は、15〜200g/s、好ましくは20〜80g/sのスピードでモールド内に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複合材料はさらに繊維材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コア材料及び繊維材料を、モールド内に配置する前に、プリフォームへと複合させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法により得られる複合材料。
- 自動車部品及び/又は補強構造体を製造するための、請求項11に記載の複合材料の使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するための装置であって、モールドキャビティ及び該モールドキャビティ中に液状の材料を挿入するための手段を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 10〜80質量%の、175g/mol〜3000g/molの数平均分子量を有する少なくとも1種のポリオール;5〜75質量%の少なくとも1種の芳香族イソシアネート成分;及び0〜15質量%の少なくとも1種の添加剤を含有する2成分ポリウレタン組成物の使用であって、該組成物は、2:1〜1:2のNCO:OH比を有し、成分の質量%は該組成物の総質量に基づき、複合材料の製造について、合計して100質量%である、2成分ポリウレタン組成物の使用。
