Claims (16)
- 固体粒子および熱応答性成分を含む熱応答性ペーストからコーティングを製造するための方法であって、コーティングまたは層は、キャリア上にコーティングされ、凝固および乾燥され、凝固中に揮発性溶媒成分の80%未満がコーティングから除去されることを特徴とする、方法。
- ペーストは、磁気感受性成分、特に、磁気感受性粒子、好ましくは、磁気感受性炭素粒子、特に好ましくは、磁気感受性グラファイト粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 層形成用ペーストを構成要素に塗布し、凝固、乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- SBRバインダをペーストに添加した後、熱応答性成分を含む添加剤をペーストに添加することを特徴とする、熱応答性ペースト(TR)からコーティングを製造するための方法。
- 熱応答性成分を含むコーティングを連続プロセスで凝固するための装置であって、前記装置は、コーティングノズル(010)を有し、前記装置は、コーティングノズル(010)の下流で乾燥機(020)の前に配置され、少なくとも1つの加熱要素(040)と磁場装置(50)を有するペースト凝固装置(060)を備えることを特徴とする、装置。
- 加熱要素(40)は、加熱された送風機、加熱されたロール、赤外線放射ヒーター、加熱LED、誘導加熱装置、マイクロ波装置またはそれらの組み合わせを有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 熱応答性成分(A)を含むこと、または熱応答性成分(A)および消泡剤(B)を含むことを特徴とする、ペーストへの添加のための添加剤。
- 熱応答性成分(A)は、置換および/または非置換の無水グルコース環を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の添加剤。
- 消泡剤(B)がシリコンベースであることを特徴とする、請求項7および8に記載の添加剤。
- 熱応答性成分(A)と消泡剤(B)の比率が1:0.001〜0.01:1であることを特徴とする、請求項7ないし9のうちいずれか1項に記載の添加剤。
- 添加剤は、電極製造用ペーストに含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項7ないし10のうちいずれか1項に記載の添加剤。
- 固体粒子、好ましくは、グラファイト粒子および熱応答性成分を含む熱応答性ペーストであって、熱応答性成分は、置換および/または非置換の無水グルコース環を含む、熱応答性ペースト。
- 消泡剤(B)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の熱応答性ペースト。
- 電極の製造に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の熱応答性ペースト。
- 熱応答性ペースト(TR)から製造されていることを特徴とする電極。
- 垂直に整列したグラファイト粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電極。
