Abstract
Description
回転体であるコーティング機内で、支持体、フェライト系触媒及び水を混合するステップを含み、
上記支持体の総重量に対する上記水の重量比は、0.15〜0.3である、フェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法を提供する。
上記製造方法で製造されたフェライト系コーティング触媒を準備するステップ;及び
上記フェライト系コーティング触媒をブテンの酸化的脱水素化反応に使用してブタジエンを製造するステップ
を含むブタジエンの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (6)
- 回転体であるコーティング機内で、支持体、フェライト系触媒及び水を混合するステップを含み、
前記支持体の総重量に対する前記水の重量比は、0.15〜0.3である、
フェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法。 - 前記フェライト系コーティング触媒内でフェライト系触媒の含量は、フェライト系コーティング触媒の総重量を基準に10重量%〜40重量%である、
請求項1に記載のフェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法。 - 前記フェライト系触媒は、下記化学式1で表されるものである、
請求項1または2に記載のフェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法:

前記化学式1において、Aは、Cu、Ra、Ba、Sr、Ca、Cu、Be、Zn、Mg、Mn、Co又はNiである。 - 前記支持体は、アルミナ、シリカ、コージェライト、チタニア、ジルコニア、シリコンナイトライド及びシリコンカーバイドのうち1種以上を含むものである、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のフェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法。 - 前記支持体、フェライト系触媒及び水を混合するステップの後に、乾燥するステップをさらに含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系コーティング触媒の製造方法で製造されたフェライト系コーティング触媒を準備するステップ;及び
前記フェライト系コーティング触媒をブテンの酸化的脱水素化反応に使用してブタジエンを製造するステップ
を含む
ブタジエンの製造方法。
