b)90重量%以上の(Mo,W)Si2と、アルミノケイ酸塩及び/又はSiO2である残部
を含む、二ケイ化モリブデン組成物をベースとしている:
モリブデン、ケイ素、及びクロム粉末の混合物を調製し、Ar中で加熱して、それぞれ、MoSi2及びMo0.85Cr0.15Si2を形成した。反応生成物を5μmの平均粒子径へと粉砕した。その後、ケイ化物粉末を5重量%のベントナイト(ベントライトL)及び水と混合して、押し出しするためのペーストを形成した。それぞれの組成物を直径9mmのロッドに押し出し、その後、乾燥させ、水素中、1375℃で1時間予備焼結した。次に、完全な密度を達成するための最終焼結を、空気中、1500℃まで5分間抵抗加熱することによって実施した。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品から構成される加熱素子であって、
少なくとも1つの部品が、90重量%超の(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を含む二ケイ化モリブデン組成物をベースとしており、ここでxは0.16≦x≦0.19の範囲であり;かつ
少なくとも1つの部品が、
a)90重量%以上のMoSi2と、アルミノケイ酸塩及び/又はSiO2である残部、又は
b)90重量%以上の(Mo,W)Si2と、アルミノケイ酸塩及び/又はSiO2である残部、
を含む、二ケイ化モリブデン組成物をベースとしている、
加熱素子。 - xが0.16≦x≦0.18の範囲である、請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- xが0.165≦x≦0.175の範囲である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加熱素子。
- 二ケイ化モリブデンが、クロムで置き換えられており、95重量%からの(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 二ケイ化モリブデンの組成物がクロムで置き換えられており、残部がアルミノケイ酸塩及び/又はSiO2である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 加熱素子全体が請求項1から5のいずれかに記載される二ケイ化モリブデン組成物からなる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 加熱素子が2つの部品からなる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載される加熱素子。
- 加熱素子が3つの二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品からなり、ここで、加熱素子の2つの部品は、同じ二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいており、加熱素子の1つの部品は、異なる二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 加熱炉内での請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子の使用。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子を含む、加熱炉。
