Claims (12)
- 少なくとも2つの二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品から構成される加熱素子であって、
二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品の少なくとも1つが、90重量%以上の(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を有する二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいており、ここでxは0.05から0.25であり;かつ
二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品の少なくとも1つが、90重量%以上のMo(Si,Al)2を含む二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいている、加熱素子。 - 加熱素子が2つの二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品からなる、請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- 加熱素子が、3つの二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品からなり、ここで、2つの部品は、同じ二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいており、1つの部品は、別の二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいている、請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- 2つの部品が、90重量%以上の(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を有する二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいており、ここでxは0.05から0.25であり;かつ、1つの部品が、90重量%以上のMo(Si,Al)2を含む、二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいている、請求項3に記載の加熱素子。
- 加熱素子が、4つの二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした部品からなり、ここで、加熱素子の2つの部品は、90重量%以上の(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を有する二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいており、ここでxは0.05から0.25であり、加熱素子の2つの部品は、90重量%以上のMo(Si,Al)2を含む二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物に基づいている、請求項1に記載の加熱素子。
- 90重量%以上の(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を有する二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物(xは0.05から0.25である)が、10重量%以下のアルミノケイ酸塩及び/又は1つ以上の無機酸化物も含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- xが、0.15から0.20の間など、0.10から0.20の間である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- (Mo1−xCrx)Si2を含む二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物が、95重量%以上の(Mo1−xCrx)Si2を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 90重量%以上のMo(Si,Al)2に基づく二ケイ化モリブデンをベースとした組成物が、10重量%以下のアルミノケイ酸塩及び/又は1つ以上の無機酸化物を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 90重量%以上のMo(Si,Al)2に基づく組成物から構成される少なくとも1つの部品が、それぞれ、Mo(Si,Al)2をベースとしたマトリクス相、並びに最大5体積%のMo5(Si,Al)3及び最大15体積%のAl2O3も含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子を含む、固定接点。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の加熱素子を含む、加熱炉。
