Abstract
Description
本願は、2017年12月11日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/597,176号の優先権に対する利益を主張するものであり、その開示の全体を参照により本明細書に組み込む。
本技術は、一般的に、石油精製触媒に関する。より具体的には、この技術は、アルミナと、ドーパントと、反応性シリカと、解膠性ベーマイト、コロイド状シリカ、アルミニウムクロロヒドロールを含む成分と、カオリンと、を含む残油分解触媒、ならびにそのような触媒を製作する方法および使用に関する。
一態様において、残油分解触媒組成物は、アルミナ約30〜約60重量%と、酸化物として測定してドーパントの0超〜約10重量%と、反応性シリカ約2〜約20重量%と、解膠性ベーマイト、コロイド状シリカ、アルミニウムクロロヒドロール、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の組み合わせを含む成分の約3〜約20重量%と、カオリンの約10〜約50重量%と、を含む。いくつかの実施形態において、ドーパントはアルミナ上にドープされているが、他の実施形態において、ドーパントはアルミナと混合されている。さらに、アルミナは、いくつかの実施形態において、か焼アルミナであってもよい。

カオリンの約10〜約50重量%と、を含む、残油分解触媒組成物。
希土類交換Yゼオライトの約10〜約20重量%と、
シリカおよびベーマイトを含むバインダーの約10〜約30重量%と、
アルミナおよび任意で結晶性ベーマイトを含む添加剤の約30〜約60重量%と、
カオリンの約10〜約50重量%と、を含む、残油分解触媒組成物。
乾燥重量ベースで、
希土類交換Yゼオライトの約10〜約20重量%と、
シリカおよびベーマイトを含むバインダーの約10〜約30重量%と、
アルミナおよび任意で結晶性ベーマイトを含む添加剤の約30〜約60重量%と、
カオリンの約10〜約50重量%と、を含有する水性スラリーを形成することと、
水性スラリーを噴霧乾燥させてミクロスフェアを得ることと、を含む、方法。
Claims (41)
- 残油分解触媒組成物であって、
約30〜約60重量%アルミナと、
酸化物として測定して、0超〜約10重量%のイッテルビウム、ガドリニウム、セリウム、ランタン、イットリウム、バリウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の混合物を含むドーパントと、
約2〜約20重量%反応性シリカと、
成分約3〜約20重量%の解膠性ベーマイト、コロイド状シリカ、アルミニウムクロロヒドロール、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の組み合わせを含むと、
約10〜約50重量%のカオリンと、を含む、残油分解触媒組成物。 - 前記ドーパントが、酸化物として測定して、前記組成物の約0.1〜約5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記ドーパントが、約4重量%の量で存在する、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記ドーパントが、ランタンを含む、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記ドーパントが、前記アルミナに含浸されるか、または前記アルミナ上にコーティングされるか、または前記ドーパントが、前記アルミナと共沈される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 約70〜95ミクロンの平均粒径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 4〜2,000nmの直径範囲で0.3〜0.56cc/gの水銀細孔容積を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記組成物中にゼオライトをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトが、Yゼオライトである、請求項8に記載の触媒。
- ゼオライトを含まない、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記アルミナが、か焼アルミナである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 残油分解触媒を製作する方法であって、
乾燥重量ベースで、
約30〜約60重量%アルミナと、
アルミナに対し酸化物として測定して、0超〜約10重量%のイッテルビウム、ガドリニウム、セリウム、ランタン、イットリウム、バリウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の混合物を含むドーパントと、
約2〜約20重量%反応性シリカと、
約3〜約20重量%の解膠性ベーマイト、コロイド状シリカ、アルミニウムクロロヒドロール、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の組み合わせを含む成分と、
約10〜約50重量%のカオリンと、を含有する水性スラリーを形成することと、
前記水性スラリーを噴霧乾燥させてミクロスフェアを得ることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ミクロスフェアをか焼することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミナが、か焼アルミナである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給物を分解する方法であって、前記供給物と、ゼオライト成分および残油分解触媒を含む流動接触分解(FCC)触媒とを接触させることを含み、前記残油分解触媒が、
約30〜約60重量%アルミナと、
酸化物として測定して、0超〜約10重量%のイッテルビウム、ガドリニウム、セリウム、ランタン、イットリウム、バリウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の混合物を含むドーパントと、
約2〜約20重量%反応性シリカと、
約3〜約20重量%の解膠性ベーマイト、コロイド状シリカ、アルミニウムクロロヒドロール、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の組み合わせを含む成分と、
約10〜約50重量%のカオリンと、を含む、方法。 - 前記触媒が、酸化物として測定して、約0.1〜約5重量%の量の前記ドーパントを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記希土類元素が、ランタンを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記残油分解触媒を含まない同じ物理的特性を有する触媒と前記供給物とを接触させる場合と比較して、残油13重量%で測定して、コークス収率が10%超低くなる、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトが、Yゼオライトを含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記FCC触媒が、少なくとも15重量%の前記残油分解触媒を含む、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記FCC触媒が、少なくとも50重量%の前記ゼオライト成分を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記FCC触媒が、15重量%〜80重量%の前記残油分解触媒を含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記FCC触媒が、50重量%〜80重量%の前記残油分解触媒を含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記FCC触媒が、15重量%〜50重量%の前記残油分解触媒と、85重量%〜50重量%の前記ゼオライト成分と、任意で他の粘土ベースの成分と、を含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記FCC触媒が、バナジウムトラップまたは結晶性ベーマイトニッケルトラップをさらに含む、請求項15〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミナが、か焼アルミナである、請求項15〜25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 残油分解触媒組成物であって、
約30〜約60重量%アルミナと、
0超〜約10重量%の炭酸イッテルビウム、炭酸ガドリニウム、炭酸セリウム、炭酸ランタン、炭酸イットリウム、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の混合物を含む希土類炭酸塩と、
約2〜約20重量%反応性シリカと、
約3〜約20重量%の解膠性ベーマイト、コロイド状シリカ、アルミニウムクロロヒドロール、またはそれらのいずれか2種以上の組み合わせを含む成分と、
約10〜約50重量%のカオリンと、を含む、残油分解触媒組成物。 - 前記希土類炭酸塩が、酸化物として測定して、前記組成物の約0.1〜約5重量%の量で存在する、請求項27に記載の触媒。
- 前記希土類元素が、ランタンを含む、請求項27または28のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 約70〜95ミクロンの平均粒径を有する、請求項27〜29のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。
- 4〜2,000nmの直径範囲で0.3〜0.56cc/gの水銀細孔容積を有する、請求項27〜30のいずれか一項に記載の触媒。

- 前記希土類交換Yゼオライトが、ランタンを含む、請求項33または34のいずれか一項に記載の残油分解触媒組成物。
- 約70〜95ミクロンの平均粒径を有する、請求項33、34または35のいずれか一項に記載の残油分解触媒組成物。
- 4〜2,000nmの直径範囲で0.3〜0.56cc/gの水銀細孔容積を有する、請求項33〜36のいずれか一項に記載の残油分解触媒組成物。
- 残油分解触媒を製作する方法であって、
乾燥重量ベースで、
約10〜約20重量%の希土類交換Yゼオライトと、
約10〜約30重量%の、シリカおよびベーマイトを含むバインダーと、
約30〜約60重量%の、アルミナおよび任意で結晶性ベーマイトを含む添加剤と、
約10〜約50重量%のカオリンと、を含有する水性スラリーを形成することと、
前記水性スラリーを噴霧乾燥させてミクロスフェアを得ることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ミクロスフェアをか焼することをさらに含む、請求項38に記載の方法。
- Yゼオライトが、約1〜10重量%の前記希土類と交換される、請求項38に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給物を分解する方法であって、前記供給物と、請求項33〜37のいずれか一項に記載の残油分解触媒とを接触させることを含む、方法。
