1.配線回路基板

前記金属支持層の厚み方向の一方側に配置される絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の前記厚み方向の一方側に配置され、端子部と、前記端子部と電気的に接続されるグランドリード残余部分とを備える導体層と、を備え、
前記グランドリード残余部分の厚みは、前記端子部の厚みよりも薄いことを特徴とする、配線回路基板。 - 前記端子部は、前記厚み方向に積層される複数の端子形成層を備え、
