Claims (10)
- 射出成型方法であって、
第1金型と、前記第1金型の上を覆う第2金型と、前記第1金型と前記第2金型により定義される第1金型キャビティを含む成型装置を提供する工程と、
第1材料を前記第1金型キャビティ内へ注入する工程と、
前記第1材料で第1層を形成する工程と、
前記第2金型を第3金型に置き換える工程と、
前記第1金型と前記第3金型により定義される第2金型キャビティ内へ第2材料を注入する工程と、
前記第1層上に配置された前記第2材料で第2層を形成する工程と、
を含み、前記第1材料が前記第2材料と異なることを特徴とする、射出成型方法。 - 前記第1材料が非発泡性材料であり、前記第2材料が発泡性材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記第2金型の置き換えが、前記第2金型を取り外し、前記第3金型を前記第1金型の上に配置して、前記第1金型を前記第3金型に向けて移動させ、前記第2金型キャビティを形成することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記第2材料を注入する前に、前記第3金型の開口部内に部品を配置することを含み、前記部品が前記第2層に付着され、かつ前記第2層上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記第1層が、第1部分と、前記第1部分から分離された第2部分とを含み、前記第2層が前記第1部分と前記第2部分の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記第1金型キャビティ内への前記第1材料の注入する間または注入した後、前記第1金型が前記第2金型から引き離されることによって前記第1金型キャビティが拡大され、第3金型キャビティが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成型方法。
- 射出成型方法であって、
第1キャリアと、前記第1キャリアに隣接して配置された第2キャリアと、前記第1キャリアにより保持される第1上型と、前記第2キャリアにより保持される第2上型とを提供する工程と、
前記第2上型の下に第1下型を配置する工程と、
前記第1下型を前記第2キャリアから前記第1キャリアへ搬送し、前記第1下型を前記第1上型の下に配置する工程と、
前記第1下型と前記第1上型により定義される第1金型キャビティ内へ第1材料を注入する工程と、
前記第1材料で第1層を形成する工程と、
前記第1層を収容する前記第1下型を前記第1キャリアから前記第2キャリアへ搬送し、前記第1下型を前記第2上型の下に配置する工程と、
前記第1下型と前記第2上型により定義される第2金型キャビティ内へ第2材料を注入する工程と、
前記第1層上に配置された前記第2材料で第2層を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、射出成型方法。 - さらに、
前記第1キャリアにより保持される第3上型と、前記第2キャリアにより保持される第4上型とを提供する工程と、
前記第4上型の下に第2下型を配置する工程と、
前記第2下型を前記第2キャリアから前記第1キャリアへ搬送し、前記第2下型を前記第3上型の下に配置する工程と、
前記第2下型と前記第3上型により定義される第3金型キャビティ内へ前記第1材料を注入する工程と、
前記第1材料で第3層を形成する工程と、
前記第3層を収容する前記第2下型を前記第1キャリアから前記第2キャリアへ搬送し、前記第2下型を前記第4上型の下に配置する工程と、
前記第2下型と前記第4上型により定義される第4金型キャビティ内へ前記第2材料を注入する工程と、
前記第3層上に配置された前記第2材料で第4層を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の射出成型方法。 - 前記第3金型キャビティ内への前記第1材料の注入と、前記第2金型キャビティ内への前記第2材料の注入が同時に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記第1上型と前記第3上型が互いに重ね合わされ、前記第2上型と前記第4上型が互いに重ね合わされることを特徴とする、請求項8乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の射出成型方法。
