Claims (25)
- −電気的に導通しない支持体層(12)と、
−電気的に導通する金属層(14)と、
を有する、電気的に導通するフィルム(10)であって、
前記金属層が切削によって形成される構造を有し、かつ、第1の面において少なくとも部分的に前記支持体層(12)と結合され、
前記切削は、刻印ローラによって前記金属層層内に材料隆起部を形成し、フライスホイールを用いて前記材料隆起部を除去することを含み、
前記金属層(14)の前記構造が、1つ又は複数の導体路(20)を有し、その場合に少なくとも1つの導体路(20)が複数の導体路セクション(28a〜28e)を有し、前記導体路セクションの導体路幅(B1〜B5)が互いに異なっている、電気的に導通するフィルム。 - 前記金属層(14)の前記構造が1つ又は複数の導体路(20)を有し、前記導体路が少なくとも1つの屈曲されたセクション(22)を有している、請求項1に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体路(20)の前記複数の導体路セクション(28a〜28e)が、互いに対して変位して、かつ/又は平行に延びている、請求項1または2に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体路(20)の互いに連続する導体路セクション(28a〜28e)の導体路幅(B1〜B5)が、導体路推移に沿って増大し、あるいは減少する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 電気的に導通しないカバー層(16)が設けられており、前記カバー層が切削によって形成された構造を有し、その場合に前記金属層(14)が第2の面において少なくとも部分的に前記カバー層(16)と結合されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記カバー層(16)の切削によって形成された前記構造が部分的に、あるいは完全に、前記金属層(14)の切削によって形成された前記構造と一致する、請求項5に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持体層(12)を形成する材料が、前記カバー層(16)を形成する材料よりも小さい弾性係数を有している、請求項5又は6に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持体層(12)を形成する材料の弾性係数と、前記カバー層(16)を形成する材料の弾性係数との間の差が、少なくとも20メガパスカルである、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持体層(12)が熱可塑性エラストマーから形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持体層(12)を形成する材料が、10から100メガパスカルの範囲内の弾性係数を有している、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム
(10)。 - 前記支持体層(12)及び/又は前記カバー層(16)が熱可塑性プラスチックから、形成されている、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持体層(12)及び/又は前記カバー層(16)を形成する材料が、120から1200メガパスカルの範囲内の弾性係数を有している、請求項5から7、11のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記電気的に導通する金属層(14)が、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム及び/又はアルミニウム合金から形成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 電気的に導通しない支持層(18)が設けられており、前記支持層が前記金属層(14)と、あるいは前記支持体層(12)の前記金属層(14)とは逆の面と、結合されている、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持層(18)が、熱可塑性エラストマーから、形成されている、請求項14に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- 前記支持体層(12)又は前記金属層(14)における支持層(18)の付着が、前記支持体層(12)又は前記金属層(14)からの前記支持層(18)の損傷のない剥離を可能にする、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)。
- −1つ又は複数の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)、
を有する電気加熱装置(100)において、
前記1つ又は複数の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)が請求項1から16のいずれか一項に従って形成されている、電気加熱装置。 - 前記電気的に導通するフィルム(10)の前記金属層(14)の少なくとも1つの導体路(20)が、発熱導体として形成されており、及び/又は、部分的に蛇行して延びている、請求項17に記載の電気加熱装置(100)。
- バッテリ用のセル接触ユニット(200)であって、
−1つ又は複数の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)を有し、
前記1つ又は複数の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)が、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に従って形成されている、セル接触ユニット。 - 少なくとも1つの電気的に導通するフィルム(10)が接触セクション(26a〜26d)を有し、前記接触セクションが、エレメンタルセル(202a〜202d)の接触極(204a〜204d)と電気的に導通接続されるように構成されている、請求項19に記載のセル接触ユニット(200)。
- バッテリ用の、セル電圧負荷装置であって、
−1つ又は複数の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)を有し、
前記1つ又は複数の電気的に導通するフィルム(10)が、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に従って形成されている、セル電圧負荷装置。 - 少なくとも1つの電気的に導通するフィルム(10)が接触セクション(26a〜26d)を有し、前記接触セクションが、エレメンタルセル(202a〜202d)の接触極(204a〜204d)と電気的に導通接続されるように構成されている、請求項21に記載のセル電圧負荷装置。
- 電気的に導通するフィルム(10)のための形成方法であって、
−少なくとも1つの電気的に導通しない支持体層(12)と電気的に導通する金属層(14)とを有するフィルム(10)を準備するステップと、
−切削する形成方法によって、前記金属層(14)の構造を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記金属層(14)の前記構造を形成する際に、1つ又は複数の導体路(20)が形成され、前記導体路が少なくとも1つの屈曲されたセクション(22)を有し、
前記金属層(14)の構造を形成するステップは、刻印ローラによって前記金属層層内に材料隆起部を形成し、フライスホイールを用いて前記材料隆起部を除去することを含む、形成方法。 - 前記フィルム(10)が電気的に導通しないカバー層(16)を有する、請求項23に記載の形成方法において、
切削する形成方法を用いて前記カバー層(16)の構造を形成するステップを含む、形成方法。 - 前記金属層(14)の前記構造の形成と、前記カバー層(16)の前記構造の形成が同時に行われ、かつ/又は前記カバー層(16)の前記形成された構造が、前記金属層(14)の前記形成された構造と部分的に、あるいは完全に一致する、請求項24に記載の形成方法。
