Description
Claims (20)
- 積層された複数のバッテリーセルを固定させるためのフレーム組立体において、上面、前記上面の一端に連結された第1側面、前記上面の他端に連結された第2側面を含んで前記複数のバッテリーセルを取り囲むように構成されたフレーム;前記フレームの第1側面に配置された複数の第1バスバー;前記フレームの第2側面に配置された複数の第2バスバー;及び前記フレームの上面、第1側面及び第2側面に沿って配置されて前記複数のバッテリーセルをセンシングするように構成された軟性回路基板を含み、前記軟性回路基板は、前記上面に配置される回路部;前記回路部の一端から延びて前記複数の第1バスバーに結合される第1連結回路部;及び前記回路部の他端から延びて前記複数の第2バスバーに結合される第2連結回路部を含む、フレーム組立体。
- 前記第1連結回路部の一面は、前記複数の第1バスバーに接合され、前記第2連結回路部の一面は、前記複数の第2バスバーに接合される、請求項1に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記フレームは、前記上面に配置される第1フレーム;前記第1側面に配置され、前記第1フレームの一端に対して回動可能に結合されて、前記複数の第1バスバーが配置される第2フレーム;及び前記第2側面に配置され、前記第1フレームの他端に対して回動可能に結合されて、前記複数の第2バスバーが配置される第3フレームを含む、請求項1に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記複数の第1バスバーは、前記第1連結回路部を安着させるように構成された第1安着部が形成され、前記複数の第2バスバーは、前記第2連結回路部を安着させるように構成された第2安着部が形成される、請求項1に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第1連結回路部が前記第1バスバーに結合された状態で、前記第1連結回路部及び前記第1連結回路部の周辺の前記第1バスバーの一部をカバーするようにコンフォーマルコーティング処理され、前記第2連結回路部が前記第2バスバーに結合された状態で、前記第2連結回路部及び前記第2連結回路部の周辺の前記第2バスバーの一部をカバーするようにコンフォーマルコーティング処理される、請求項1に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2連結回路部のそれぞれは、柔軟な材質で構成された導電性基板層;前記基板層の一面上に配置され、少なくとも1つの第1開口が形成されて前記基板層の第1面が露出した第1絶縁層;及び前記基板層の他面上に配置され、前記基板層を基準に前記第1開口の反対側の位置で少なくとも1つの第2開口が形成されて前記基板層の第2面が露出した第2絶縁層を含む、請求項1に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2連結回路部の第2面は前記バスバーに隣接するように配置され、前記第2面は前記第1面に接合工法を適用することにより前記バスバーに接合される、請求項6に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2開口は、前記少なくとも1つの第1開口に比べてサイズが大きいように形成され、前記回路部の断面方向で、前記第1絶縁層の一部は、前記少なくとも1つの第2開口が形成する領域と部分的に重なる、請求項6に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2連結回路部のそれぞれは、前記第1面の少なくとも一部を覆うようにめっきされる第1めっき層;及び前記第2面の少なくとも一部を覆うようにめっきされる第2めっき層を含む、請求項6に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2めっき層の厚さはそれぞれ、前記第1及び第2絶縁層の厚さと対応するサイズの厚さを有するように構成された、請求項9に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記回路部は、前記第1絶縁層上に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの第1開口と対応する位置に少なくとも1つの第3開口が形成される第3絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2連結回路部のそれぞれは、前記第1絶縁層の部分及び前記第1絶縁層の部分に隣接した前記第1めっき層の部分に付着する第3絶縁層;及び前記第2絶縁層の部分及び前記第2絶縁層の部分に隣接した前記第2めっき層の部分に付着する第4絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第3絶縁層は、前記第1絶縁層と前記第1めっき層が接触する位置に密着するように付着し、前記第4絶縁層は、前記第2絶縁層と前記第2めっき層が接触する位置に密着するように付着する、請求項12に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 前記第4絶縁層の端部は、前記バスバーの端部と接触するように配置される、請求項12に記載のフレーム組立体。
- 第1フレーム、複数の第1バスバーが結合されて前記第1フレームの一端に回動可能に結合される第2フレーム、及び複数の第2バスバーが結合されて前記第1フレームの他端に回動可能に結合される第3フレームを含むフレームを製造する段階;前記第1フレームに配置される回路部、前記第2フレームに配置されて前記回路部の一端から延びた第1連結回路部、前記第3フレームに配置されて前記回路部の他端から延びた第2連結回路部を含む軟性回路基板を製造する段階;前記第1連結回路部の一面を前記複数の第1バスバー上に配置させて前記第2連結回路部の一面を前記複数の第2バスバー上に配置させる段階;及び前記第1連結回路部の他面に接合工法を加えて前記第1連結回路部の一面を前記複数の第1バスバーに接合させて前記第2連結回路部の他面に接合工法を加えて前記第2連結回路部の一面を前記複数の第2バスバーに接合させる段階を含む、フレーム組立体の製造方法。
- 治具を用いて前記第1及び第2連結回路部の他面を加圧する段階をさらに含む、請求項15に記載のフレーム組立体の製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2連結回路部及び前記第1及び第2連結回路部のそれぞれの周辺の前記第1及び第2バスバーの一部をカバーするようにコンフォーマルコーティング処理する段階をさらに含む、請求項15に記載のフレーム組立体の製造方法。
- 前記軟性回路基板を製造する段階は、導電性材料から予め定められた形状に切断して基板層を製造する段階;絶縁性材料から前記基板層をカバーするサイズを有する形状に切断して第1絶縁層を製造する段階;絶縁性材料から前記基板層をカバーするサイズを有する形状に切断して第2絶縁層を製造する段階;前記第1絶縁層の予め定められた位置に少なくとも1つの第1開口を形成する段階;前記基板層を基準に前記少なくとも1つの第1開口の反対側の位置で、前記第2絶縁層に少なくとも1つの第2開口を形成する段階;及び前記第1絶縁層を前記基板層の一面上に配置して前記第2絶縁層を前記基板層の他面上に配置して前記第1絶縁層、前記基板層及び前記第2絶縁層を一体に結合させる段階を含む、請求項15に記載のフレーム組立体の製造方法。
- 前記軟性回路基板を製造する段階は、前記少なくとも1つの第1開口を通じて露出した前記基板層の一面の少なくとも一部に導電性材料をめっきして第1めっき層を形成し、前記少なくとも1つの第2開口を通じて露出した前記基板層の他面の少なくとも一部に導電性材料をめっきして第2めっき層を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項18に記載のフレーム組立体の製造方法。
- 前記軟性回路基板を製造する段階は、前記第1絶縁層の部分及び前記第1絶縁層の部分に隣接した前記第1めっき層の部分に第3絶縁層を付着する段階;及び前記第2絶縁層の部分及び前記第2絶縁層の部分に隣接した前記第2めっき層の部分に第4絶縁層を付着する段階をさらに含む、請求項19に記載のフレーム組立体の製造方法。
