Abstract
【解決手段】過酸化水素水のガス若しくはミスト又はこれらの混合物が吹き付けられた容器に無菌雰囲気で無菌水を充填し、無菌水が充填された容器を無菌雰囲気で殺菌された蓋材により密封し、密封された前記容器を一定時間保管し、無菌水中の過酸化水素量を測定する。

Description
ス生成器55によりガス化される過酸化水素水又はガス化された過酸化水素水が凝結したミスト又はこれらの混合物である。過酸化水素水ガス生成器55は、過酸化水素水を滴状にして供給する二流体スプレーノズルである過酸化水素水供給部56と、この過酸化水素水供給部56から供給された過酸化水素水を分解温度以下に加熱して気化させる気化部57とを備える。過酸化水素水供給部56は、過酸化水素水供給路56a及び圧縮空気供給路56bからそれぞれ過酸化水素水と圧縮空気を導入して過酸化水素水を気化部57内に噴霧するようになっている。気化部57は、内外壁間にヒータ57aを挟み込んだパイプであり、このパイプ内に吹き込まれた過酸化水素水を加熱し気化させる。気化した過酸化水素水のガスは過酸化水素水ガス吹き付けノズル31から気化部57外に噴出する。ヒータ57aに換えて誘電加熱により気化部57を加熱しても構わない。

Claims (4)
- 容器を過酸化水素水のガス若しくはミスト又はこれらの混合物を吹き付けることにより殺菌する無菌充填機において、
前記過酸化水素水のガス若しくはミスト又はこれらの混合物が吹き付けられた前記容器に無菌雰囲気で無菌水を充填し、
前記無菌水が充填された前記容器を無菌雰囲気で殺菌された蓋材により密封し、
密封された前記容器を一定時間保管し、
前記無菌水中の過酸化水素量を測定することを特徴とする容器内面の過酸化水素量測定方法。 - 請求項1に記載の容器の過酸化水素量測定方法において、
前記無菌水中の前記過酸化水素をカタラーゼにより分解し生成する酸素を電極法により測定することを特徴とする容器内面の過酸化水素量測定方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の容器の過酸化水素量測定方法において、
前記無菌水の充填及び前記殺菌された蓋材による密封を前記無菌充填機で行うことを特徴とする容器内面の過酸化水素量測定方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の容器の過酸化水素量測定方法において、
前記過酸化水素水のガス若しくはミスト又はこれらの混合物が吹き付けられた前記容器に無菌エアを吹き付けることを特徴とする容器内面の過酸化水素量測定方法。
