Claims (13)
- 樹脂からなるプリフォームに殺菌剤を吸着させる工程と、殺菌剤を吸着したプリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱し、プリフォームが吸着した殺菌剤を活性化させてプリフォームを殺菌する工程と、ブロー成形型内でプリフォームにエアを吹き込んでボトルに成形する工程とを順次行うことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、殺菌剤をガス化させ、このガスをノズルからプリフォームに向かって吐出させることによりプリフォームに殺菌剤を吸着させることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項2に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、殺菌剤を気化部内に噴霧してガス化させ、このガスを気化部のノズルからプリフォームに向かって吐出させることによりプリフォームに殺菌剤を吸着させることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項2又は請求項3に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、殺菌剤が付着したプリフォームにエアを吹き付け、余剰の殺菌剤をプリフォームから除去しつつ、殺菌剤をプリフォームに吸着させることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、プリフォームに殺菌剤を滴下した後、プリフォームを密閉室内でエイジングすることにより、プリフォームに殺菌剤を吸着させることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、殺菌剤が過酸化水素成分を少なくとも1質量%以上含む溶液であることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、プリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱する際に、プリフォームの口部の上方を傘状部材によって覆うことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載のボトルの殺菌方法において、プリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱した後、ブロー成形型へと搬送する際に、プリフォームの口部に向かって無菌エアを吹き付けることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌方法。
- 殺菌剤を吸着したプリフォームの供給からボトルの成形に至るまでプリフォームおよびボトルを走行させる走行手段が設けられ、この走行手段における上流側から下流側に向かって、プリフォームをブロー成形温度まで加熱し、プリフォームが吸着した殺菌剤を活性化させることによりプリフォームを殺菌する加熱炉と、プリフォームをエアによってボトルにブロー成形するブロー成形型とが順に設けられたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
- 請求項9に記載のボトルの殺菌装置において、スプレーノズルによって噴霧される殺菌剤をガス化する気化部と、気化部で作られたガスをプリフォームに向かって吐出する殺菌剤供給ノズルと、殺菌剤供給ノズルから吐出された殺菌剤が付着したプリフォームにエアを吹き付け、余剰の殺菌剤をプリフォームから除去しつつ、殺菌剤をプリフォームに吸着させるエアノズルとが走行手段内に配置されたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
- 請求項9又は請求項10に記載のボトルの殺菌装置において、殺菌剤が過酸化水素成分を少なくとも1質量%以上含む溶液であることを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
- 請求項9に記載のボトルの殺菌装置において、加熱炉内にプリフォームの口部の上方を覆う傘状部材が設けられたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
- 請求項9に記載のボトルの殺菌装置において、プリフォームが加熱炉から出てブロー成形型へと向かう走行路上に覆いが設けられ、この覆い側からプリフォームの口部に向かって無菌エアが吹き付けられるようにしたことを特徴とするボトルの殺菌装置。
