Description
本発明のプリフォームの加熱装置14は、図2に示すプリフォーム1を、図10に示すボトル2に成形する温度に加熱する装置である。図2に示すように、プリフォーム1は口部1a、サポートリング1b及び胴部1cから構成される。プリフォーム1は、図1に示すように、プリフォーム供給装置3により供給され、供給されたプリフォーム1は、殺菌部6において殺菌される。殺菌されたプリフォーム1は本発明のプリフォームの加熱装置14により成形可能な温度に加熱され、ブロー成形機20に受け渡される。本発明の実施の形態に係るプリフォームの加熱装置14は、加熱部19と駆動部28を有しており、加熱部19はプリフォーム1の口部を加熱する口部加熱部30及びプリフォーム1の胴部を加熱する胴部加熱部29を備える。また、口部加熱部30及び胴部加熱部29はヒーター15、リフレクター16、スピンドル27、無端チェーン12及び無端チェーン12を回転させるためのプーリ13等を備えている。殺菌されたプリフォーム1は無端チェーン12に一定間隔で備えられたスピンドル27により保持され、回転しながらヒーター15により、成形可能な温度に加熱される。プリフォーム1の口部1a及びサポートリング1bは口部加熱部30により、またプリフォーム1の胴部1cは胴部加熱部29により加熱される。プリフォーム1の口部1a及びサポートリング1bは口部加熱部30により50℃〜70℃に、プリフォーム1の胴部1cは胴部加熱部29により90℃〜140℃に加熱される。
まず、図2に示すプリフォーム1が、図1に示すプリフォーム供給装置3により、所望の速度でプリフォーム搬送コンベヤ4により連続的にプリフォーム1の殺菌部6に搬送される。
しかし、加熱部19の序盤に口部加熱部30と胴部加熱部29を同時に備え、その後胴部加熱部29を備えることが好ましい。胴部1cを先に加熱し、口部1aをその後に加熱すると、胴部1cを加熱する熱により口部1aが加熱される可能性があり、口部1aを加熱する際に口部1aの温度コントロールが困難となるおそれがあるからである。

Claims (2)
- 過酸化水素を含む殺菌剤が吹き付けられたプリフォームを、ボトルにブロー成形するための温度に加熱する前記プリフォームの加熱方法であって、
前記プリフォームの口部の加熱を、ハロゲンランプから照射される近赤外線を前記プリフォームの前記口部に集光することにより、前記プリフォームの前記口部を50℃〜70℃に加熱することを特徴とするプリフォームの加熱方法。 - 請求項1に記載のプリフォームの加熱方法において、
前記プリフォームの胴部を90℃〜140℃に加熱することを特徴とするプリフォームの加熱方法。
