Claims (4)
- 自転車のフレームに挿入される固定筒(1)と、
サドル(50)が上端部に取り付けられ前記固定筒(1)にスライド自在に挿入される昇降ロッド(2)と、
前記昇降ロッド(2)を前記固定筒(1)に対して筒軸方向上方へ付勢するストロークバネ(5b,5c)と、
前記固定筒(1)に対して前記昇降ロッド(2)を所定高さでロックするロック機構(A)と、
前記ロック機構(A)を前記昇降ロッド(2)の昇降を許容する昇降許容状態と前記昇降ロッド(2)の昇降を規制するロック状態とに切り替えるロック切替手段(B)と、
を備え、
前記ロック機構(A)は、前記固定筒(1)内に設けられ筒軸方向に沿って複数の係止凹部(20a)を有する係止部材(20)と、前記昇降ロッド(2)に設けられ前記係止凹部(20a)に噛み合うツメ掛け(22a)を有するツメ部材(22)と、
を備え、
前記ロック切替手段(B)は、乗員が操作する操作部(30)から引っ張りの入力を受けるワイヤ(32)と、前記引っ張りが入力された状態で前記ワイヤ(32)に引かれて前記ツメ掛け(22a)を前記係止凹部(20a)から離脱させ、前記引っ張りの入力が解除された状態で前記ツメ掛け(22a)を前記係止凹部(20a)に噛み合う方向へ押圧するツメ切替部材(24)と、
を備えるサドル昇降装置。 - 前記係止部材(20)は、前記固定筒(1)内に立ち上がる軸芯棒であり、前記係止凹部(20a)は前記軸心棒の軸回りに複数設けられ、複数の前記係止凹部(20a)にそれぞれ前記ツメ掛け(22a)が同時に噛み合っている請求項1に記載のサドル昇降装置。
- 前記ツメ切替部材(24)は、前記ワイヤ(32)に接続されたワイヤ掛筒(12)に設けられ、前記ワイヤ掛筒(12)の下端は前記昇降ロッド(2)に押しバネ(13)を介して支持され、前記ワイヤ掛筒(12)の上端は前記昇降ロッド(2)に戻しバネ(14)を介して支持される請求項1又は2に記載のサドル昇降装置。
- 前記係止凹部(20a)は、前記ツメ掛け(22a)の上端に係止する凹部上面(20b)と、前記ツメ掛け(22a)の下端に係止する凹部下面(20c)と、前記凹部上面(20b)及び前記凹部下面(20c)とを結ぶ凹部底面(20d)と、を備え、
前記凹部上面(20b)の面方向は軸直交方向又は前記凹部底面(20d)から遠ざかるにつれて下方へ向かう勾配であり、前記凹部下面(20c)の面方向は前記凹部底面(20d)から遠ざかるにつれて下方へ向かう下り勾配である請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のサドル昇降装置。
