Abstract
Description
上記実施形態では縮み模様層5の表面は露出しているが、縮み模様層5の表面に1以上のクリア層が形成されていてもよい。この場合、クリア層が縮み模様層5を覆うため、塗装鋼板1の耐候性と、耐薬品性とを更に高めることができる。クリア層は、任意のクリア塗料を縮み模様層5の表面に塗布することで形成できる。
{実施例1〜10、及び比較例1〜7}
後掲の表に示す成分を混合することで、各実施例及び比較例の塗料を得た。塗料を調整する際、容器内のアミン化合物にスルホン酸系化合物を添加し、その後、スルホン酸系化合物がアミン化合物により完全に中和するまで容器の内容物を混合した。なお、後掲の表に示す成分の詳細は、下記の通りである。
・水酸基含有ポリエステル樹脂:DIC株式会社製ベッコライト46−118(不揮発分60%、水酸基価115、数平均分子量2,500)、
・アミノ樹脂:日本サイテックインダストリーズ製サイメル303(不揮発分100%、ヘキサキスアルコキシメチル化メラミン樹脂)、
・アミン化合物:トリエチルアミン、
・スルホン酸系化合物:パラトルエンスルホン酸、
・骨材A:有機樹脂ビーズ(アクリル樹脂ビーズ)(平均粒子径20μm)、
・骨材B:有機樹脂粒子(尿素樹脂粒子)(平均粒子径20μm)、
・骨材C:ガラス繊維(直径13μm、平均繊維長さ35μm)、
・シリカ粒子:平均粒径7μm、
・ワックス成分:ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(株式会社喜多村製 KTL−8N(商品名))
次に、各実施例及び比較例の縮み塗料を用いて、下記の手順で塗装鋼板を作製した。なお、各製造例に用いられた、化成処理剤、及び下塗り塗料の詳細は、下記の通りである。
・化成処理剤:クロメート前処理材(日本パーカライジング社製 ZM1300)、
・下塗り塗料:ポリエステル/メラミン樹脂系塗料(アクゾノーベル・コーティングス社製 FX39プライマー)。
鋼板として、55%Al−Zn−Mg系溶融めっき鋼板である「エスジーエル(登録商標)」(日鉄住金鋼板株式会社製、板厚:0.8mm、両面付着量:150g/m2)(以下、SGLという場合がある)を用意した。
鋼板として、55%Al−Zn系溶融めっき鋼板である「ガルバリウム鋼板(登録商標)」(日鉄住金鋼板株式会社製、板厚:0.8mm、両面付着量:150g/m2)(以下、GLという場合がある)を用いた以外は、製造例1と同様にして、塗装鋼板を作製した。
各製造例で得られた塗装鋼板を、下記のように評価した。この評価結果を後掲の表2に示す。
各製造例の塗装鋼板の表面を目視で確認し、この表面に縮み模様が形成されている場合を「有」、縮み模様が形成されていない場合を「無」とした。
各製造例の塗装鋼板の表面から得られる粗さ曲線を触針法により作成した。そして、この粗さ曲線を用い、塗装鋼板の表面粗さを示す十点平均粗さRz及び算術平均粗さRaをJIS B 0601:2001に準拠して測定した。塗装鋼板の表面粗さを測定するにあたって、2次元粗さ計(株式会社東京精密製のSURFCOM 1500SD−JDE12(型番))を用い、測定長さを8.0mmとし、カットオフ値を0.8mmとした。
JIS K 5600−7−6:2002に準拠して、各製造例の縮み模様層の耐候性を試験し、試験後の縮み模様層を下記項目に従って評価した。
A:縮み模様層の表面にチョーキングが生じていない、
B:縮み模様層の表面にチョーキングが生じている。
各製造例の塗装鋼板の表面から得られる光沢度Gsを光沢度計(日本電色工業株式会社製のSE−2000)により求めた。このとき、塗装鋼板表面の法線に対する光の入射角度θを60°とし、塗装鋼板の表面に入射する光束φosと、塗装鋼板の表面を鏡面反射した光束φとの百分比を下記式(1)により算出した。そして、この百分比を光沢度Gsとした。なお、光沢度Gsを求める前に、樹脂製の標準板を用いて光沢度計の測定値をゼロ点補正した。
光沢度Gs(θ)(%)=φs/φos×100 ・・・(1)
参考資料として、JIS規格(JIS Z 8741)によると、屈折率が1.567であるガラス板において、入射角度θが60°で、かつガラス板表面の鏡面反射率が10%である場合に光沢度Gs(60°)は100%とされ、入射角度θが20°で、かつガラス板表面の鏡面反射率が5%である場合に光沢度(20°)は100%とされている。
各製造例の塗装鋼板の表面に対して45度の角度で10円玉硬貨を当てた状態で、塗装鋼板の表面の表面を、1.0kgの荷重で30mm程度、引掻いた。その後、塗装鋼板の表面の表面を目視で評価した。塗装鋼板の表面において、傷がない場合を〇、下塗り層までの剥離があったが鋼板表面に傷がない場合を△、縮み模様層を含む表層の剥離があり、かつ鋼板表面まで傷がある場合を×とした。
上記の通り、第1態様は、縮み模様層(5)が鋼板(2)の上にある塗装鋼板(1)である。縮み模様層(5)は、水酸基含有ポリエステル樹脂と、アミノ樹脂と、酸触媒とを含有する。酸触媒は、前記水酸基含有ポリエステル樹脂と前記アミノ樹脂との反応を触媒する。縮み模様層(5)の表面粗さRzは、12μm以上70μm以下である。

前記縮み模様層は、水酸基含有ポリエステル樹脂と、アミノ樹脂と、前記水酸基含有ポリエステル樹脂と前記アミノ樹脂との反応を触媒する酸触媒と、を含有する縮み塗料からなり、
前記縮み模様層の表面粗さRzは、12μm以上70μm以下である、

請求項1に記載の塗装鋼板。 - 前記縮み塗料は、未硬化時に前記酸触媒の触媒作用を抑制するアミン化合物を更に含有する、
