前記第1の開口により前記第1型半導体層に電気的に接続される第1の導電性パッドと、
前記第2の開口により前記第2の部分に電気的に接続される第2の導電性パッドと、
前記絶縁層の上方に位置し且つ前記第1の導電性パッドと前記第2の導電性パッドとの間に位置する支持区切り点と、
