Abstract

Claims (10)
- 電気車両用のホイールアセンブリ(1)であって、
ハブ(15)を有するホイール(4)と、
前記ハブ(15)を駆動するための電気駆動システム(5)と、
を含み、
前記電気駆動システム(5)は、駆動モーメントを生成するための駆動装置(6)を含み、前記ハブ(15)は、ハブ内空間(28)を画定する、ホイールアセンブリ(1)において、
前記電気駆動システム(5)は、前記駆動装置(6)の下流側に伝動接続され、且つ減速機能を有する減速機(7)をさらに含み、及び前記電気駆動システム(5)は、前記ハブ(15)に同軸上に接続され、前記電気駆動システムの少なくとも一部は、前記ハブ内空間(28)内に収容されることを特徴とする、ホイールアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記電気駆動システム(5)は、前記ハブ(15)に接続され、前記減速機(7)の大部分又はすべては、前記ハブ内空間(28)内に収容されること、及び/又は
前記電気駆動システム(5)は、前記ハブ(15)に直接接続されること
を特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。 - 前記電気駆動システム(5)は、前記電気駆動システム(5)と前記ハブ(15)との直接接続を実現するハブ結合部材(21)をさらに含み、前記ハブ結合部材(21)は、いかなる相対回転もなしに前記電気駆動システム(5)のシステム出力シャフト(38)と協働するために使用される軸方向延在ロッド(47)と、前記軸方向延在ロッド(47)の端部に配置され、且ついかなる相対回転もなしに前記ハブ(15)と協働するために使用される半径方向延在プレート(48)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記システム出力シャフト(38)は、前記ハブ結合部材(21)の前記軸方向延在ロッド(47)を収容するために使用される収容穴(62)を有し、前記収容穴(62)は、前記システム出力シャフト(38)の前記ハブ(15)に面する軸方向端面(61)まで前記システム出力シャフト(38)の軸方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記ハブ結合部材(21)は、前記収容穴(62)内の前記軸方向延在ロッド(47)の挿入深さを定めるために使用される段差部分(58)をさらに含み、及び前記段差部分(58)は、前記軸方向延在ロッド(47)と前記半径方向延在プレート(48)との間の移行コーナ部分に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記半径方向延在プレート(48)を収容するための凹状収容部分(63)は、前記ハブ(15)の中心に設けられ、及び前記半径方向延在プレート(48)は、形状的係止及び/又は圧力的係止によって前記凹状収容部分(63)内に組み付けられることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記減速機(7)は、前記駆動装置(6)の駆動装置出力シャフト(9)に伝動接続されたレベル1遊星歯車部分と、前記レベル1遊星歯車部分の下流側に伝動接続されたレベル2遊星歯車部分とを含み、前記レベル2遊星歯車部分は、回転可能なレベル2歯車リング(36)を含み、及び前記レベル2歯車リング(36)は、いかなる相対回転もなしに前記電気駆動システム(5)の前記システム出力シャフト(38)に接続されて、前記システム出力シャフト(38)に駆動モーメントを提供することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記レベル1遊星歯車部分及び前記レベル2遊星歯車部分は、静止遊星キャリア(34)を共有し、前記システム出力シャフト(38)の1つの端部は、前記遊星キャリア(34)の中心開口部(51)内に回転可能に支持され、及び他の端部は、前記減速機(7)の筐体(11)の前記ハブ(15)に面する壁内の中心貫通穴(30)内に回転可能に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記減速機(7)は、前記レベル2歯車リング(36)と前記システム出力シャフト(38)との間の非相対回転接続を実現するために使用される接続プレート(37)をさらに含み、前記接続プレート(37)は、前記レベル2歯車リング(36)の前記ハブ(15)に面する軸方向表面に固定され、及び前記システム出力シャフト(38)が延在するための貫通穴(56)は、前記接続プレートの中心に設けられ、且つ加えて、前記システム出力シャフト(38)は、前記システム出力シャフト(38)の外側壁に配置された外側フランジ(57)を用いて前記接続プレート(37)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のホイールアセンブリ(1)。
