Abstract
Description
− 鞘部がPEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドを有する芯/鞘バインダー繊維を提供する工程と、
− 芯/鞘バインダー繊維を含む層を形成する工程と、
− この層に、バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーの低温結晶化温度よりも高い温度を適用することで、少なくとも1つの層より成り、ここで、この少なくとも1つの層がPEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドをバインダー成分として有する基体を含むテキスタイルシート状構造物を得る工程と
を含む、本発明によるテキスタイルシート状構造物の製造方法も含む。
1.異なるシート状構造物の製造
最初に、以下の繊維より成る繊維混合物を、混合比60:40(マトリックス繊維:芯/鞘バインダー繊維)で製造する。
芯/鞘繊維(鞘部PEN/芯部PET)
繊度:4.8dtex
繊維長50mm
結晶化度PEN:32%
バインダー成分を製造するための芯/鞘バインダー繊維:
芯/鞘バインダー繊維(鞘部PEN/芯部PET)
繊度:10.8dtex
繊維長50mm
結晶化度PEN:17%
本発明によるシート状構造物と比較例を、160℃または200℃で貯蔵テストにかける。結果は図1〜4に示す。
ガラス転移温度、融点および分解点、結晶化エンタルピーおよび溶融エンタルピーは、DIN EN ISO 11357−2(2014年7月発行)に従ってDSCにより測定した。融点は、溶融の吸熱エンタルピーのピーク時の温度に対応する。結晶化の発熱エンタルピーと溶融の吸熱エンタルピーは、測定曲線のそれぞれの積分値から生じる。いずれの場合も、最初の加熱曲線を使用して値を測定した。
K%=(ΔH溶融−ΔH結晶化)×100%/ΔH結晶化100%
に従って計算することができる。
試験装置:Mettler Toledo
冷却:活性液体窒素冷却
パージガス:窒素(N299.999%)30ml/分
るつぼ:アルミニウム40μl
正味重量(mg):8〜12
サンプル準備:外科用メスでカット
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの層より成る基体を含むテキスタイルシート状構造物であって、前記少なくとも1つの層は、PEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドをバインダー成分として有しているテキスタイルシート状構造物において、前記バインダー成分は、バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーがPEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドを含む芯/鞘バインダー繊維に、前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーのガラス転移温度よりも高い温度を適用することにより得られることを特徴とする、テキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記バインダー成分は、完全に融合した連続相まで多少なりとも変形した繊維構造の形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記バインダー成分は、前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーが80%未満、例えば0〜75%、より好ましくは0〜70%、特に0〜60%の結晶化度を有するPEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドを有する芯/鞘バインダー繊維から出発して製造可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記シート状構造物は、160℃で1週間の熱貯蔵後に、少なくとも一方向で5%未満、有利には4%未満、例えば0〜4%の最大引張力の減少率、および/または少なくとも一方向で少なくとも1%、有利には5%超、例えば5〜100%の最大引張力の増加を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマー中の前記PEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドは、70〜200℃の範囲、より好ましくは80〜190℃の範囲、最も好ましくは90〜175℃の範囲の低温結晶化温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーおよび/または前記バインダー成分中の前記PEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドが、180〜320℃の範囲、より好ましくは210〜310℃の範囲、最も好ましくは230〜300℃の範囲の溶融温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- バインダー繊維芯部ポリマーとバインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーとの量比は、90:10〜10:90(質量%単位の芯部:鞘部の質量比)、より好ましくは80:20〜20:80、さらにより好ましくは80:20〜30:70、特に80:20から40:60であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーは、前記バインダー繊維芯部ポリマーよりも高い融点を有し、ここで、前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーと前記バインダー繊維芯部ポリマーとの溶融温度の差は、有利には少なくとも2.5℃、好ましくは少なくとも5℃、特に好ましくは少なくとも7.5℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記シート状構造物はマトリックス繊維を有し、ここで、熱処理前の前記芯/鞘バインダー繊維の鞘部の結晶化度と前記マトリックス繊維の結晶化度との差は、少なくとも5%、例えば5〜80%、より好ましくは少なくとも7.5%、例えば7.5〜70%、特に少なくとも10%、例えば10〜60%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記マトリックス繊維は、マトリックス繊維鞘部ポリマーとマトリックス繊維芯部ポリマーを含む芯/鞘マトリックス繊維として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記マトリックス繊維鞘部ポリマーは、前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーと同じポリマー、コポリマーおよび/もしくはブレンドから選択され、かつ/または前記マトリックス繊維芯部ポリマーは、前記バインダー繊維芯部ポリマーと同じポリマー、コポリマーおよび/もしくはブレンドから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- PEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドならびにポリエチレンテレフタレートおよび/またはコポリエチレンテレフタレートの割合は、全部合わせて、それぞれの場合に基体の全質量を基準として、80質量%超、好ましくは90質量%超、より好ましくは95質量%超、特に97質量%超であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 前記PEN、そのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドの割合は、それぞれの場合に前記シート状構造物の全質量を基準として、5〜95質量%、有利には5〜75質量%、特に10〜50質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物。
- 電気絶縁材料の製造、例えば、電動機、発電機または変圧器の電気絶縁、特に、コア中にフィルムを備えた(可撓性)ラミネートの製造のための、例えばスロットもしくはスライドカバー用の絶縁としての、導電性テープ用のキャリア材料としての、かつ/または相分離用の層セパレーターとしての、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物の使用。
- 以下の方法工程:
− 前記鞘部がPEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドを有する芯/鞘バインダー繊維を提供する工程と、
− 前記芯/鞘バインダー繊維を含む層を形成する工程と、
− 前記層に、前記バインダー繊維鞘部ポリマーの低温結晶化温度よりも高い温度を適用することで、少なくとも1つの層より成り、前記少なくとも1つの層がPEN、それらのコポリマーおよび/またはブレンドをバインダー成分として有する基体を含むテキスタイルシート状構造物を得る工程と
を含む、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイルシート状構造物の製造方法。
