Abstract
Description
種々の実施形態において、3次元印刷を用いてパネルを接合する方法は、接合する第1のパネルと第2のパネルを準備することと、相互接続を印刷することと、相互接続を第1のパネルと第2のパネルに取り付けることと、を含むことができる。種々の実施形態において、第1のパネルと第2のパネルの少なくとも1つは、積層造形することができる。第1のパネルと第2のパネルの少なくとも1つは、ハニカムサンドイッチパネルを含むことができる。取付けは例えば、接着剤を使用することを含むことができる。種々の実施形態において、相互接続は、インサートを含むことができる。種々の実施形態において、インサートは、三角プリズムインサートであり得る。インサートは、中空であり得る。インサートは、内部リブを含むことができる。

Claims (30)

- 前記パネル機構の各々は、突起を備え、前記第1および第2の相互接続機構の各々は、ノッチを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記相互接続子は、流体輸送チューブを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パネル機構の各々とその対応する前記第1および第2の相互接続機構の1つとの間の接着剤注入のために前記相互接続子に結合されたチューブをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のパネルの少なくとも1つは、積層造形される、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 接合する第1のパネルおよび第2のパネルを準備するステップと、
第1の積層造形された相互接続ユニットを用いて前記第1のパネルの第1の面を、前記第2のパネルの第1の面に取り付けるステップと、
を備えたパネルを接合する方法。 - 前記取り付けるステップは、前記第1のパネルの前記第1の面の突起を、前記第1の積層造形された相互接続ユニットのノッチへインサートするステップを備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記取付けるステップは、前記第1の積層造形された相互接続ユニットを、前記第1のパネルの前記第1の面のノッチへインサートするステップを備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の積層造形された相互接続ユニットは、流体輸送チューブを備える、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のパネルの少なくとも1つは、積層造形される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のパネルの少なくとも1つは、ハニカムサンドイッチパネルである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のパネルの第2の面を、第2の積層造形された相互接続ユニットを用いて前記第2のパネルの第2の面へ取り付けるステップをさらに備えた、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の積層造形された相互接続ユニットは、流体輸送チューブを備える、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 接合するための第1のパネルおよび第2のパネルを準備するステップと、
相互接続子を印刷するステップと、
前記相互接続子を前記第1のパネルおよび前記第2のパネルへ取り付けるステップと、
