Abstract
Description
本発明は、2017年11月9日に出願された韓国特許出願第10−2017−0148529号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
前記第1グラフト共重合体は、本発明の一実施形態による熱可塑性樹脂組成物の耐候性、白化現象、表面光沢度、着色性及び機械的特性を向上させるために含まれる。
先ず、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を乳化重合してアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体を製造することができる。
次いで、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体を乳化重合して第1グラフト共重合体を製造することができる。
前記共重合体は、マトリックス共重合体であって、本発明の一実施形態による熱可塑性樹脂組成物の白化現象及び着色性を向上させるために含まれる。
前記ポリエステル系エラストマーは、本発明の一実施形態による熱可塑性樹脂組成物の白化現象、着色性、加工性、耐老化性及び耐化学性を改善させるために含まれる。
先ず、出発物質として芳香族または脂肪族ジカルボン酸またはそのエステル、脂肪族ジオール及びポリアルキレンオキシドを準備する。
次いで、前記ポリエステル系エラストマー前駆体を固相重合し、ポリエステル系エラストマーを製造することができる。
前記フタレート系可塑剤は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の白化現象及び加工性を改善させるために含まれる。
前記第2グラフト共重合体は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の白化特性及び機械的特性を向上させるために含まれてよい。
以下、本発明の属する技術分野で通常の知識を有する者が容易に実施できるように、本発明の実施例に対して詳しく説明する。しかし、本発明は幾多の異なる形態に具現されてよく、ここで説明する実施例に限定されない。
第1グラフト共重合体(平均粒径:130nm、コア:ブチルアクリレート重合体由来の単位50重量%、シェル:スチレン由来の単位30重量%、アクリロニトリル由来の単位20重量%)70重量部、共重合体としてSAN共重合体(製造社:LG化学、商品名:90HR、重量平均分子量:150,000g/mol)20重量部、ポリエステル系エラストマー(製造社:LG化学、商品名:KEYFLEX BT2140D樹脂、ショアD硬度:43)10重量部、フタレート系可塑剤としてジイソプロピルフタレート5重量部、滑剤としてEBS樹脂(製造社:SUNKOO化学)3重量部、酸化防止剤としてIrgranox 1076(商品名、製造社:BASF)0.4重量部、Irgrafos 168(商品名、製造社:BASF)0.4重量部、紫外線安定剤としてTinuvin 770(商品名、製造社:BASF)0.6重量部、Sunsorb 329(商品名、製造社:SUNFINE GLOBAL)0.6重量部を投入し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を製造した。
第1グラフト共重合体を60重量部、SAN共重合体を30重量部で投入したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
第1グラフト共重合体を35重量部、第2グラフト共重合体(平均粒径:500nm、コア:ブチルアクリレート重合体由来の単位50重量%、シェル:スチレン由来の単位30重量%、アクリロニトリル由来の単位20重量%)を35重量部で投入したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
第1グラフト共重合体を15重量部、第2グラフト共重合体(平均粒径:500nm、コア:ブチルアクリレート重合体由来の単位50重量%、シェル:スチレン由来の単位30重量%、アクリロニトリル由来の単位20重量%)を55重量部で投入したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
第1グラフト共重合体とフタレート系可塑剤を投入せず、第2グラフト共重合体(平均粒径:500nm、コア:ブチルアクリレート重合体由来の単位50重量%、シェル:スチレン由来の単位30重量%、アクリロニトリル由来の単位20重量%)70重量部を投入したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
第1グラフト共重合体20重量部、第2グラフト共重合体(平均粒径:500nm、コア:ブチルアクリレート重合体由来の単位50重量%、シェル:スチレン由来の単位30重量%、アクリロニトリル由来の単位20重量%)30重量部、共重合体50重量部、フタレート系可塑剤4重量部を投入し、ポリエステル系エラストマーを投入しないことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
ポリエステル系エラストマーを投入しないことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
フタレート系可塑剤を投入しないことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で試片を製造した。
実施例1から実施例4、比較例1から比較例4の試片の特性を下記のような方法で測定し、その結果を下記表3及び4に示した。

- アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体由来の単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体由来の単位及びビニルシアン系単量体由来の単位を含む第1グラフト共重合体;
芳香族ビニル系単量体由来の単位及びビニルシアン系単量体由来の単位を含む共重合体;
ポリエステル系エラストマー;及び
フタレート系可塑剤を含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1グラフト共重合体、前記共重合体及び前記ポリエステル系エラストマーの合計100重量部に対し、
前記フタレート系可塑剤を1から20重量部で含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1グラフト共重合体、前記共重合体及び前記ポリエステル系エラストマーの総重量に対し、
前記第1グラフト共重合体を30から80重量%;
前記共重合体を10から50重量%;及び
前記ポリエステル系エラストマーを3から20重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1グラフト共重合体は、
前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体由来の単位を30から70重量%;
前記芳香族ビニル単量体由来の単位を20から60重量%;及び
前記ビニルシアン系単量体由来の単位を5から40重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第1グラフト共重合体の平均粒径が50から170nmである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記共重合体は、重量平均分子量が50,000から250,000g/molである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記共重合体は、前記芳香族ビニル系単量体由来の単位と前記ビニルシアン系単量体由来の単位を60:40から90:10の重量比で含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル系エラストマーは、ショアD硬度が35から55である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記フタレート系可塑剤は、ジイソプロピルフタレート、ジブチルフタレート、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルフタレート、ジイソノニルフタレート、ジイソデシルフタレート及びブチルベンジルフタレートからなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、前記第1グラフト共重合体と平均粒径が異なり、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系重合体由来の単位、芳香族ビニル系単量体由来の単位及びビニルシアン系単量体由来の単位を含む第2グラフト共重合体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2グラフト共重合体の平均粒径が250nm超過750nm以下である、請求項10に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1グラフト共重合体と第2グラフト共重合体の重量比は、1:1から1:8である、請求項10に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
