本出願は、2017年4月27日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2017−0054316号及び2018年4月19日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2018−0045414号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当大韓民国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本出願は、電気変色素子に関する。
スパッタリング蒸着を用い、54.6nmの厚さを有するAlOxNy層が透明PETと積層された積層体を製造した。積層体が有する比抵抗と視認される色は、表1の通りである。
AlOxNy層の厚さを下記表1のように変更したこと以外は、同一に積層体を製造した。
実験と関連された数値は、次の方法又は装置を用いて測定した。
駆動サイクルを増加させながら、ポテンショスタット(potentiostat)装置を用いたポテンシャルステップクロノアンペロメトリー(potential step chrono amperometry、PSCA)を用い、実施例と比較例の各素子の電荷量の変化を測定した。
製造例3の導電層上に、250nm厚さのWO3層が積層されたフィルムを製造した。電解液(LiClO4(1M)+プロピレンカーボネート(PC))及びポテンショスタット(potentiostat)装置を準備し、−1Vの電圧を50秒間印加して、WO3を着色した。
実施例1の導電層の代わりに厚さが同一のAl(金属層)を用いたこと以外は、同一の方法と構成で電気変色素子を製造し、同一の方法で駆動特性を観察した。
Claims (15)
- 金属酸化物、金属窒化物又は金属酸窒化物を含む導電層と、
電気変色層と、
電解質層と、
透光性対極層と、を含むことを特徴とする、反射型電気変色素子。 - 前記導電層は、金属酸化物、金属窒化物又は金属酸窒化物の単一層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層は、モリブデン(Mo)、チタン(Ti)、アルミニウム(Al)及び銅(Cu)のうち選択される一つ以上の金属を含む酸化物、窒化物又は酸窒化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層は、CuOxNy(0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1、x+y>0)、MoTiaOxNy(0<a≦2、0≦x≦3、0≦y≦2、x+y>0)、又は下記関係式を満足するAlOxNy(0≦x≦1.5、0≦y≦1、x+y>0)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
ただし、AlOxNyで、x及びyは、Al1原子に対するそれぞれのO及びNの原子数の比を意味する。そして、前記関係式で、AlOxNyに含まれる全ての元素の含量100%を基準として、(アルミニウム元素含量)は、Alの元素含量(atomic%)を示し、(酸素元素含量)は、Oの元素含量(atomic%)を示し、(窒素元素含量)は、Nの元素含量(atomic%)を示す。 - 前記導電層の厚さは、5nm〜500nmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層は、厚さ勾配(gradient)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層は、凹凸を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層は、パターンを有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層の消光係数は、0.2〜2.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層の比抵抗は、5×10−4Ω・cm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記電気変色層は、還元性変色物質又は酸化性変色物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記還元性変色物質は、Ti、Nb、Mo、Ta又はWの酸化物を含み、
前記酸化性変色物質は、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Rh又はIrの酸化物、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Rh又はIrの水酸化物、及びプルシアンブルー(prussian blue)のうちいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の反射型電気変色素子。 - 前記電解質層と前記透光性対極層との間にイオン貯蔵層をさらに含み、前記イオン貯蔵層は、電気変色層に含まれる変色物質とは発色特性が相異なる変色物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 前記導電層と前記電気変色層との間に不動態化層(passivation layer)をさらに含み、前記不動態化層は、透明導電性酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の反射型電気変色素子。
- 請求項1〜請求項14のうちいずれか一項に記載の電気変色素子を含むことを特徴とする、装置。
