Claims (12)
- 第1電極層、電気変色層、電解質層、及び第2電極層を順に含む電気変色素子であって、
前記電気変色素子は、第1方向に並設された複数の第1補助電極及び第2方向に並設された複数の第2補助電極をさらに含み、前記第1補助電極及び前記第2補助電極は、第1方向及び第2方向で互いに離隔され、
電解質層の一面と対向する電気変色層の一面上に第1補助電極又は第2補助電極を含むことを特徴とする、電気変色素子。 - 電解質層の一面と対向する電気変色層の一面上に、前記第1補助電極及び前記第2補助電極を含み、第1補助電極と第2補助電極は、少なくとも一つの交点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 電気変色素子は、電解質層及び第2電極層の間にイオン貯蔵層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電気変色素子。
- イオン貯蔵層の一面上に、第1方向に並設された複数の第3補助電極をさらに含み、前記第3補助電極は、第1方向及び第2方向で互いに離隔されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
- イオン貯蔵層の一面上に、第2方向に並設された複数の第4補助電極をさらに含み、前記第4補助電極は、第1方向及び第2方向で互いに離隔されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気変色素子。
- 電解質層の一面と対向するイオン貯蔵層の一面上に第3補助電極及び第4補助電極を含み、第3補助電極と第4補助電極は、少なくとも一つの交点を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気変色素子。
- 第1補助電極から第4補助電極は、導電性ラインと前記導電性ラインを取り囲む絶縁部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気変色素子。
- 導電性ラインは、銀(Ag)、銅(Cu)、アルミニウム(Al)、マグネシウム(Mg)、金(Au)、白金(Pt)、タングステン(W)、モリブデン(Mo)、チタン(Ti)、ニッケル(Ni)、及びこれらの合金から選択される金属;グラフェン;又は炭素ナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気変色素子。
- 絶縁部は、電気伝導度が10−6S/m以下である絶縁材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の電気変色素子。
- 絶縁材料は、(メタ)アクリレート系樹脂又はエポキシ系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気変色素子。
- 第1電極層及び第2電極層は、透明導電性化合物、メタルメッシュ又はOMO(oxide/metal/oxide)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気変色素子。
- イオン貯蔵層と電気変色層は、発色特性が互いに異なる電気変色物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
