Abstract
Description

d)感光性重合体樹脂を基材材料上へ鋳造し、感光性重合体樹脂の頂部上に可撓性ポリエステルシートを積層する工程であって、好ましくは、可撓性ポリエステルシートは、接着剤コーティングが感光性重合体樹脂に隣接する可撓性ポリエステルシートの1つの側面上に位置するように、後の接着剤によって側面上にコーティングされる、工程と、
e)画像フィルムを通して感光性重合体樹脂を露光して、感光性重合体樹脂を選択的に架橋及び硬化させ、硬化レリーフ画像又は鋳型を形成する工程であって、硬化レリーフ画像又は鋳型の深さは、鋳造感光性重合体樹脂の高さ未満である、工程と、を含む。

Claims (16)
- 液体感光性重合体樹脂からレリーフ画像又は鋳型を製作する方法であって、
a)画像フィルムを露光ユニットの露光ガラス上へ配置する工程と、
b)カバーフィルムを前記画像フィルム上へ配置し、前記カバーフィルムと前記露光ガラスとの間に真空を適用して、前記カバーフィルム及び前記画像フィルムを前記露光ガラス上へ密に引く工程と、
c)基材材料のシートを前記露光ユニットの底部ガラス上へ配置し、前記基材材料を前記底部ガラスに一時的に付着させる工程であって、好ましくは、前記基材材料は、接着剤コーティングが前記底部ガラスから最も遠い前記基材材料の1つの側面上に位置するように、前記基材材料の前記側面上に前記接着剤層でコーティングされる、工程と、
d)感光性重合体樹脂を前記基材材料上へ鋳造し、前記感光性重合体樹脂の頂部上に可撓性ポリエステルシートを積層する工程であって、好ましくは、前記可撓性ポリエステルシートは、前記接着剤コーティングが前記感光性重合体樹脂に隣接する前記可撓性ポリエステルシートの1つの側面上に位置するように、後の接着剤によって前記側面上にコーティングされる、工程と、
e)前記画像フィルムを通して前記感光性重合体樹脂を露光して、前記感光性重合体樹脂を選択的に架橋及び硬化させ、硬化レリーフ画像又は鋳型を形成する工程であって、前記硬化レリーフ画像又は鋳型の深さが、前記鋳造感光性重合体樹脂の高さ未満である、工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記液体光重合性樹脂層からの未硬化の前記液体光重合性樹脂を再利用する工程と、前記硬化光重合性樹脂層を現像する工程と、前記硬化光重合性樹脂層を後露光する工程と、工程e)の後に、前記硬化光重合性樹脂層を乾燥させる工程と、と含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カバーフィルムが、ポリエステル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、及び二軸延伸ポリプロピレンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、ポリエステルフィルム、標識材料、アクリルフィルム、ABS樹脂、フェノール樹脂、及びこれらのうちの1つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
