Abstract

 本発明は、第1のフィルム層、液状感光性樹脂層、及び第2のフィルム層を含む積層体を、下部硬質板と上部硬質板とで挟み、その後、露光する凸版の製造方法であって、(a)前記下部硬質板と、前記下部硬質板の周囲であって、前記下部硬質板との間に隙間を有するように配置された堰部材とに、前記第1のフィルム層を密着させる工程と、(b)前記下部硬質板及び/又は前記堰部材を上方又は下方に移動させることにより、前記第1のフィルム層により凹部を形成する工程と、(c)前記第1のフィルム層による前記凹部の内側に、液状感光性樹脂を塗布する工程と、(d)前記液状感光性樹脂上に、第2のフィルム層を積層する工程と、を含む凸版の製造方法及びそれに好適な装置である。
