- 前記負荷支承構造は、前記コーナ部片の各側に少なくとも1つの支承面を提供するように配置されたシート材料の少なくとも1つの部片を備える請求項1に記載の座標位置決め装置。
- 前記負荷支承構造は、少なくとも2つの細長いコーナ部片であって、それぞれが、そのそれぞれのコーナの両側に2つの支承表面を提供する、細長いコーナ部片を備える請求項1または2に記載の座標位置決め装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの細長いコーナ部片は、実質的に同じ熱慣性を有するように構成される請求項3に記載の座標位置決め装置。
- 前記負荷支承構造は、少なくとも2つの支承表面をそれぞれが提供する2つの細長いコーナ部片と、さらなる細長いコーナ部片と、シート材料の第1の部片、第2の部片、および第3の部片であって、前記コーナ部片に沿って、前記コーナ部片の前記第1、第2、および第3の対間をそれぞれ延びてこれらの間に負荷支承面を提供する、シート材料の第1の部片、第2の部片、および第3の部片とを備える請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の座標位置決め装置。

- 前記負荷支承構造に沿って移動可能なキャリッジであって、前記少なくとも1つの細長いコーナ部片の前記支承表面に対して支承する支承部材を備える、キャリッジを備える請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の座標位置決め装置。

前記座標位置決め装置は、前記予負荷により前記第2の本体の前記少なくとも1つの支承部材によって前記少なくとも1つの細長い支承トラック部材内に付与された結果として生じる力が、シート材料の前記少なくとも1つの部片によって主に担持されるように構成される座標位置決め装置。 - 前記予負荷により前記第2の本体の前記少なくとも1つの支承部材によって前記少なくとも1つの細長い支承トラック部材内に付与された結果として生じる力が、シート材料の前記少なくとも1つの部片のせん断平面内におよび前記せん断平面に沿って直接的に分解可能であるように構成される請求項9に記載の座標位置決め装置。
- 前記第1の本体は、前記細長い支承トラックに沿って延びる少なくとも2つの負荷支承面を提供するように配置されたシート材料の少なくとも1つの部片を備え、
前記座標位置決め装置は、前記少なくとも2つの負荷支承面が、前記少なくとも1つの細長い支承トラック部材内への前記予負荷により前記第2の本体の前記少なくとも1つの支承部材によって前記少なくとも1つの細長い支承トラック部材内に付与された結果として生じる力の大部分を、これらの間で支承するように構成される請求項9または10に記載の座標位置決め装置。 - 前記細長い支承トラックの長さに沿って、前記第2の本体の前記少なくとも1つの支承部材によって前記少なくとも1つの細長い支承トラック部材内に付与された前記予負荷による前記力が、その2つの間の共働点において、前記細長い支承トラックに平行に延びる細長い目標線と交差するように向けられるように構成され、少なくとも2つの共働点は、前記少なくとも1つの支承部材と細長い支承トラックとの間に存在し、前記少なくとも2つの共働点において前記少なくとも1つの支承部材によって前記細長い支承トラック上に付与された力は、前記細長い目標線と交差するように構成され、前記細長い目標線は、第1の負荷支承面を画定する材料の前部表面および後方表面を含む平面の第1の対と、第2の負荷支承面を画定する材料の前部表面および後方表面を含む平面の第2の対との交差部によって画定された概念上の細長い容積部の近傍に位置する請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の座標位置決め装置。

- 座標位置決め装置用のビームを製造する方法であって、前記座標位置決め装置は前記ビームに沿って移動可能なキャリッジ用の支承表面を備え、前記ビームは、少なくとも1つの細長いコーナ部材と、前記少なくとも1つの細長いコーナ部材に沿って延び、少なくとも1つの負荷支承面を提供するシート材料の少なくとも1つの部片とのモジュラー構造を備え、前記方法は、
前記少なくとも1つのコーナ部材およびシート材料の少なくとも1つの部片を組み立てて前記ビームを提供するステップと、
