Claims (16)
- 前壁および後壁に挟まれて位置する周囲壁によって画定される内部空間を有するチャンバを備え、前記内部空間はエピトロコイド形状を有するハウジングと、
前記チャンバの前記内部空間に回転可能に収容され、前記内部空間の前記エピトロコイド形状と共役する複数の縁によって形成される形状を有し、内歯付きガイドギアを備えるロータと、
前記チャンバ内において軸の周りに前記ロータを偏心回転させるように構成されたドライブシャフトと、
前記ドライブシャフトにより駆動されると、前記ロータのガイドギアと噛み合って前記ガイドギアの動きを案内する外歯付きガイドスプロケットと、
負圧下で空気を前記ハウジングに引き込むための少なくとも1つのチャンバ吸入口と、
正圧下で前記ハウジングから空気を排気するための少なくとも1つの吐出口と、
前記ドライブシャフトを潤滑すべく潤滑剤を前記ドライブシャフトへと導くドライブシャフト流路と、前記ハウジングチャンバの前記内部空間へと潤滑剤を導くチャンバ流路との両方につながり、前記潤滑剤を入力するための流体吸入口と、を備えるエピトロコイド真空ポンプであって、
前記流体吸入口ならびに前記ドライブシャフト流路および前記チャンバ流路を通じて前記潤滑剤を引き込むために、前記ドライブシャフト流路および前記チャンバ流路は前記内部空間で生成される圧力差にさらされる、エピトロコイド真空ポンプ。 - 前記チャンバ流路は、前記ハウジングの内壁に沿って前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ吸入口まで径方向外側に延在する1つ以上の流路を含む、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記ドライブシャフト流路および前記チャンバ流路は、前記後壁内およびロータの下に設けられる、請求項2に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記ドライブシャフト流路は、前記潤滑剤を前記ドライブシャフトに引き込むべく、前記ハウジングの壁を径方向に貫通して延在する、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記チャンバ流路は、前記ハウジングの壁を貫通して軸方向に延在して、前記潤滑剤を前記ハウジングチャンバの前記内部空間へと引き込む、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記ドライブシャフト流路と前記チャンバ流路は合流点において互いに直接接続され、
前記流体吸入口は、前記潤滑剤を前記合流点に送り、前記潤滑剤を前記ドライブシャフト流路および前記チャンバ流路の両方に供給するように構成される、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。 - 前記ドライブシャフト流路は、前記流体吸入口から前記ドライブシャフトを受容する開口部まで延在するように前記ハウジングに形成され、
前記チャンバ流路は、前記合流点から前記チャンバの前記内部空間まで延在するように前記ハウジングに形成される、請求項6に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。 - 前記ドライブシャフト流路は、前記流体吸入口から前記ドライブシャフトを受容する開口部まで延在するように前記ハウジングに形成され、
前記チャンバ流路は、前記開口部から前記チャンバの前記内部空間まで延在するように前記ハウジングに形成される、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。 - 前記ガイドスプロケットは、前記前壁に固定される、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記周囲壁は前記ハウジング内で実質的に卵形の空間を形成し、前記ロータは弓形の3つの外縁を有する、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記ロータは、弓形の2つの外縁を有する、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 負圧下で空気を前記ハウジングに引き込むための第1のチャンバ吸入口および第2のチャンバ吸入口と、
正圧下で前記ハウジングから空気を排気するための第1の吐出口および第2の吐出口と、を備え、
前記第1のチャンバ吸入口および前記第2のチャンバ吸入口は、前記ハウジングに設けられた少なくとも1つの吸入流路を介して互いに流体接続されている、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。 - 前記チャンバ流路は、前記ハウジングの内壁に沿って前記第1のチャンバ吸入口および前記第2のチャンバ吸入口まで径方向外側に延在する2つの流路に流体接続されている、請求項12に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 空気を取り入れるための第1の空気通路および第2の空気通路を更に備え、
前記第1の空気通路は空気を前記第1のチャンバ吸入口に送達し、前記第2の空気通路は空気を前記第2のチャンバ吸入口に送達する、請求項12に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの吐出口に隣接して前記ハウジングにリードバルブが設けられている、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
- 前記ドライブシャフトと前記ロータとの間に配置されてこれらを接続する偏心回転ベアリングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエピトロコイド真空ポンプ。
