Abstract
Description
ここで、CNi−Minは表面でのNiの最小濃度であり、CNi−Aveは表面でのNiの平均濃度である。
ここで、Aは前記加工品の表面硬度の上位10%の平均値であり、Bは前記加工品の表面硬度の下位10%の平均値である。
ここで、CNi−Minは表面でのNiの最小濃度であり、CNi−Aveは表面でのNiの平均濃度である。
ここで、CNi−Minは表面でのNiの最小濃度であり、CNi−Aveは表面でのNiの平均濃度である。
ここで、Aは前記加工品の表面硬度の上位10%の平均値であり、Bは前記加工品の表面硬度の下位10%の平均値である。
「実施例」
下記の表1の発明例1〜9、そして比較例1〜6の成分を含むオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼スラブを連続鋳造して製造した。その後、熱間圧延および、50%総圧下率で冷間圧延を経て、冷延鋼板を製造した。
Claims (7)
- 重量%で、C:0.005〜0.15%、Si:0.1〜1.0%、Mn:0.1〜2.0%、Ni:6.0〜8.0%、Cr:16〜18%、Cu:0.1〜4.0%、N:0.005〜0.2%、Mo:0.01〜0.2%、残りはFeおよび不可避不純物を含むオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼を含み、
下記式(1)で定義されるNiの表面負偏析度が0.6〜0.9の範囲であり、マルテンサイト分率が10〜30%であることを特徴とする表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品。
(CNi−Min)/(CNi−Ave)・・・式(1)
ここで、CNi−Minは表面でのNiの最小濃度であり、CNi−Aveは表面でのNiの平均濃度である。 - 下記式(2)で定義される表面硬度比が1.1〜1.6の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品。

ここで、Aは前記加工品の表面硬度の上位10%の平均値であり、Bは前記加工品の表面硬度の下位10%の平均値である。 - 表面からの深さが20μm以上であるクラックが10個以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品。
- Ni表面偏析部は面積分率で60%未満であり、Ni表面負偏析部は面積分率で5%超過であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品。
- 重量%で、C:0.005〜0.15%、Si:0.1〜1.0%、Mn:0.1〜2.0%、Ni:6.0〜8.0%、Cr:16〜18%、Cu:0.1〜4.0%、N:0.005〜0.2%、Mo:0.01〜0.2%、残りはFeおよび不可避不純物を含むオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼を加工する段階、
オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品を900〜1,150℃の温度で10分以下の間熱処理する段階、および
熱処理された前記オーステナイトステンレス鋼加工品を500℃まで30分以内に冷却する段階を含むことを特徴とする表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品の製造方法。 - 熱処理前、前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品のマルテンサイト分率は10〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品の製造方法。
- 冷却後、前記オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品のマルテンサイト分率は10〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表面特性が優秀なオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼加工品の製造方法。
