Abstract
Description
ポリウレタン樹脂組成物の製造
ポリオールとして数平均分子量が2,050g/molのポリカーボネートジオール(polycarbonatediol;PCDL、Asahi kasei社)、鎖延長剤として1,4−ブタンジオール(1,4−butanediol;1,4BD、BASF社)、第1イソシアネート系硬化剤として2個のイソシアネート官能基を含むH12MDI(Evonik社)、第2イソシアネート系硬化剤としてジイソシアン酸イソホロン(isophorone diisocyanate;IPDI、Evonik社)、触媒としてジブチルスズジラウレート(dibutyl tin dilaurate;DBTDL)、有機溶剤としてメチルエチルケトンを準備した。その後、ポリオールの含量が約52.6重量%、鎖延長剤の含量が約12.3重量%、第2イソシアネート系硬化剤の含量が約35.1重量%の混合物を製造し、前記混合物100重量部と有機溶剤約50重量部を混合して混合溶液を製造した。
製造されたポリウレタン樹脂組成物を基材フィルムであるポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate;PET)フィルム上に約200μmで塗布した。その後、ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を100℃で熱処理して、基材フィルム上に95μmの厚さを有するポリウレタン樹脂層が形成された積層体を製造した。同様の方法により積層体をもう一つ製造し、2個の積層体各々のポリウレタン樹脂層が互いに対向するように、積層体を位置させた。その後、2個の積層体を100℃に加熱された1対の圧着ロールの間に通過させて積層体を張り合わせて、2個のポリウレタン樹脂層を接合した。その後、張り合わせられた積層体を25℃の温度で24時間熟成させた後、積層体からPETフィルムを除去して、約190μmの厚さを有する熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムを製造した。
積層体を張り合わせる温度および張り合わせられた積層体の熟成温度を下記の表1のように調節したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムを製造した。

横15cm、縦2.5cmの大きさを有する積層体2個を製造し、横7.5cm、縦2.5cm部分だけ2個の積層体を張り合わせて、残りの部分は張り合わせないことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により、実施例1による熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムのサンプルを製造した。また、前述した方法と同様の方法により、各々、実施例2〜実施例5および比較例1〜比較例5によるサンプルを製造した。

- ポリウレタン樹脂、第1イソシアネート系硬化剤、および有機溶剤を含むポリウレタン樹脂組成物を製造するステップ、
前記ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を基材フィルム上に塗布し熱処理して、ポリウレタン樹脂層を含む積層体を製造するステップ、
前記積層体を2個準備し、前記積層体各々のポリウレタン樹脂層が互いに対向するように前記積層体を張り合わせるステップ、および
前記張り合わせられた積層体を熟成して、直接接して備えられる2個のポリウレタン樹脂層を含む熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムを形成するステップ
を含み、
前記2個のポリウレタン樹脂層間の界面接合力は14Mpa以上18Mpa以下である、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記熱処理は、100℃以上150℃以下の温度で行われる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記積層体の張り合わせは、80℃以上140℃以下の温度で行われる、請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記張り合わせられた積層体の熟成は、20℃以上60℃以下の温度で12時間以上24時間以下の時間の間に行われる、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第1イソシアネート系硬化剤の含量は、前記ポリウレタン樹脂100重量部に対して5重量部超過7.5重量部未満である、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第1イソシアネート系硬化剤は、2個以上6個以下のイソシアネート官能基を含む、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂は、数平均分子量が1,800g/mol以上2,200g/mol以下のポリオール、炭素数4以上10以下のジオールを含む鎖延長剤、および第2イソシアネート系硬化剤を含む混合物を有機溶剤において共重合反応させて製造される、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記共重合反応は、50℃以上70℃以下の温度で行われる、請求項7に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールの含量は、前記混合物の重量に対して45重量%以上55重量%以下である、請求項7または8に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記鎖延長剤の含量は、前記混合物の重量に対して10重量%以上15重量%以下である、請求項7から9の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第2イソシアネート系硬化剤の含量は、前記混合物の重量に対して32.5重量%以上40重量%以下である、請求項7から10の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂組成物の固形分含量は、20%以上70%以下である、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの厚さは、20μm以上500μm以下である、請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 直接接して備えられる2個のポリウレタン樹脂層を含み、
前記2個のポリウレタン樹脂層間の界面接合力は14Mpa以上18Mpa以下であり、
前記ポリウレタン樹脂層はポリウレタン樹脂、第1イソシアネート系硬化剤、および有機溶剤を含むポリウレタン樹脂組成物の硬化物を含む、熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム。 - 前記ポリウレタン樹脂は、数平均分子量が1,800g/mol以上2,200g/mol以下のポリオール、炭素数4以上10以下のジオールを含む鎖延長剤、および第2イソシアネート系硬化剤を含む混合物の共重合体である、請求項14に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム。
- 厚さが20μm以上500μm以下である、請求項14または15に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルム。
