Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 印刷物の印刷に用いられる印刷用インキであって、顔料配合物に粉末状の遠赤外線放射物質を混合して製造する、遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキ。
- 前記遠赤外線放射物質は、前記混合インキの総重量に対して3〜10重量%で混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキ。
- 前記遠赤外線放射物質は、1〜5μmの直径範囲内で用意されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキ。
- 前記顔料配合物は、顔料にインキバインダ又はインキ補助剤のうちの1種以上を含めて用意することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキ。
- 前記顔料配合物が黄色(Yellow)である場合、顔料10〜13重量%、インキバインダ70〜75重量%、インキ補助剤5〜10重量%で用意され、
前記顔料配合物が黄色以外の色である場合、顔料18〜22重量%、インキバインダ65〜70重量%、インキ補助剤5〜10重量%で用意されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキ。 - 前記遠赤外線放射物質は、インキバインダ又はインキ溶媒のうちのいずれか1種又は2種を先に配合した後に前記顔料配合物と混合することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキ。
- 請求項1に記載の前記遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキが印刷された印刷物であって、遠赤外線放射率が20〜39℃において0.87〜0.93の範囲に収まり、脱臭率が、印刷3時間後に60〜80%となる、遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキにより印刷された印刷物。
- 葡萄状球菌の初期濃度に対する18時間後の濃度減少率が90%以上であり、
肺炎菌の初期濃度に対する18時間後の濃度減少率が90%以上となることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキにより印刷された印刷物。 - 前記混合インキは、書物や本、壁紙、又は食品包装紙に用いられる紙と、PET、ビニール類又は各種の生地類に適用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキにより印刷された印刷物。
- 顔料にインキバインダを配合し、配合された前記インキバインダが顔料を取り囲むように分散させて顔料配合物を用意するステップと、
遠赤外線放射物質を設定された直径範囲内に収まるように粉砕し、粉砕された前記遠赤外線放射物質をインキバインダと配合した後に分散させて、遠赤外線放射物質の配合物を用意するステップと、
前記顔料配合物と前記遠赤外線放射物質の配合物とを混合するステップと、
前記混合された顔料配合物と遠赤外線放射物質の配合物にインキ補助剤又はインキ溶媒のうちのいずれか1種又は2種以上を混合して整えるステップと、
を含む、遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキの製造方法。 - 前記顔料とインキバインダとを配合するステップ、及び前記遠赤外線放射物質とインキバインダとを配合するステップは、前記配合物の分散粘度に対応してインキ溶媒を更に配合するステップを更に含む、請求項10に記載の遠赤外線放射物質が混合された混合インキの製造方法。
