Claims (9)
- 수성 알콜 60-65중량부, 폴리비닐알콜 5-10중량부, 메틸에틸케톤 5-10중량부, 수성 분산액 20-25중량부를 포함하며,상기 수성 분산액은 착색제 5-7중량부, 분산 안정제 2-4중량부, 조습 항균제 2-4중량부, 과산화수소 1.5중량부, 음이온 발생 희토류 광물 2-2.5중량부, 정제수 5-7중량부를 포함하고,상기 조습 항균제는 Sr-페라이트(Sr-Fe12O19), Ba-페라이트(Ba-Fe12O19), 마그네타이트(Fe3O4), 마그헤마이트(γ-Fe2O3), 니켈페라이트(Ni-Fe2O4) 및 코발트페라이트(Co-Fe2O4)로부터 선택되는 30-100nm 입자 크기의 산화물 세라믹계 자성 나노분말이고,상기 분산 안정제는 에탄올 아민, 메틸디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 헥사놀아민, 히드록시알킬아민, 피페리딘, N-메틸 피페리딘 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수성 알콜은 50% 에탄올 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 착색제는 티타늄 산화물, 카본 블랙, C.I.Pigment류로부터 선택되는 무기 및 유기 안료 또는 염료 중에서 선택되며 100nm 이하의 입자 크기로 분쇄된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 착색제는 티타늄 산화물 및 카본 블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 착색제는 티타늄 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 음이온 발생 희토류 광물은 물 100 중량부에 견운모 분말 40 내지 60 중량부 및 귀양석 분말 40 내지 60 중량부를 혼합하여 나노분쇄하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산액은 나노 분쇄된 은계 무기 항균제 0초과 2중량부 이하를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산액은 나노 입자 크기의 제올라이트(모오데나이트) 분말 0초과 0.5중량부 이하를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 잉크 코팅 조성물.
