Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、速度、加速度等は、車両進行方向を正とする符号付きの値で表現する。
図1に、本実施形態に係る車両に搭載される、制動力制御装置100とその周辺の構成を示す。車両には、制動力制御装置100、有段自動変速機である変速機200、オルタネータやモータのような回生発電が可能な発電機300、発電機300の回生発電による電力を充電する電池400が搭載される。変速機200や発電機300は、車両の惰行状態において、制動力を発生させることができる。なお、制動力は、変速機200や発電機300以外にも図示しないエンジン等の装置によって発生させることができる。また、車両には、変速機200の変速を制御する変速機制御部や、電池400の電流、電圧、温度、蓄電率等に基づいて、電池400の充放電の制御や発電機300の回生発電の制御を行う充電制御部も搭載される。図1には、これらの制御部は、変速機200、発電機300、電池400に含まれるものとして図示を省略する。車両には、その他にも、各種のセンサや装置が搭載される。
図2は、ユーザによる車両の運転中に制動力制御装置100が実行する回生発電の制御の一例を示すフローチャートである。本処理は、車両の走行中、発電機300による回生発電が可能な状態において、実行される。

本実施形態においては、惰行状態において、変速機200のダウンシフトが所定時間以内に開始すると予測され、かつ、電池400の充電可能量が低下している可能性があると判定された場合に、ダウンシフト開始前に回生発電を停止させ、ダウンシフトの過渡期間内に回生発電が停止することによるショックを回避する。これにより、惰行状態において、好適な乗り心地が得られる。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。第1実施形態と同様の事項は、説明を省略または簡素化する。本実施形態に係る制動力制御装置100の各部の構成は第1実施形態と同様である。本実施形態では制御部103が、現在から発電機300の回生発電が停止されるまでの時間t2を具体的に予測する。
図6は、ユーザによる車両の運転中に制動力制御装置100が実行する回生発電の制御の一例を示すフローチャートである。本処理は、車両がパワーオンとなり走行可能な状態において、発電機300による回生発電が可能な状態において、実行される。

本実施形態においては、惰行状態において、変速機200のダウンシフトの過渡期間と予測される期間内に回生発電が停止することが予測される場合、ダウンシフト開始前に回生発電を停止させる。これにより、第1実施形態と同様、変速ショックを回避し、惰行状態において、好適な乗り心地が得られる。

Claims (4)
- 惰行状態において、少なくとも有段自動変速機および回生発電機によって、車両の進行方向を正の向きとしたときの負の駆動力を発生させる車両において、前記回生発電機を制御する制動力制御装置であって、
車両の速度に基づいて、現在から、次に前記有段自動変速機において変速動作が開始するまでの時間を予測する予測部と、
前記回生発電機の回生発電によって充電される電池の状態を取得する取得部と、
前記回生発電機の回生発電中に、前記予測部による予測結果および前記取得部が取得する前記電池の状態に基づいて、前記電池の状態に起因する前記回生発電機による回生発電の停止が前記有段自動変速機の変速動作中に発生する可能性があると判定した場合、前記有段自動変速機の変速の開始より前に前記回生発電機による回生発電を停止させる制御部とを備える、制動力制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記予測部が予測した時間が所定時間以下であり、かつ、前記取得部が取得する前記電池の状態として前記電池の蓄電率、または、充電電流の積算値が、所定値以上である場合、前記電池の状態に起因する前記回生発電機による回生発電の停止が前記有段自動変速機の変速動作中に発生する可能性があると判定する、請求項1に記載の制動力制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記取得部が取得する前記電池の状態として前記電池の蓄電率、または、充電電流の積算値に基づいて、現在から、次に発生する前記電池の状態に起因する前記回生発電機による回生発電の停止までの時間を予測し、予測した時間が、前記予測部が予測した前記有段自動変速機において変速動作が開始するまでの時間以上、かつ、変速動作が開始するまでの時間に変速動作の所要期間を加えた時間以下である場合、前記電池の状態に起因する前記回生発電機による回生発電の停止が前記有段自動変速機の変速動作中に発生する可能性があると判定する、請求項1に記載の制動力制御装置。
- 前記予測部は、車両の速度および加速度と、予め定められた前記有段自動変速機において変速動作が開始する車両の速度とに基づいて、現在から次に前記有段自動変速機において変速動作が開始するまでの時間を予測する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の制動力制御装置。
