前記固定スクロールは、固定基板と、前記固定基板と一体をなす固定渦巻壁とを有し、
前記可動スクロールは、前記固定基板と対面する可動基板と、前記可動基板と一体をなし、前記固定渦巻壁に噛み合わされる可動渦巻壁とを有し、
前記背圧室に前記吐出室内の流体が供給されるスクロール型圧縮機において、
前記背圧室と前記吐出室とは逃し通路によって連通され、
前記逃し通路には、前記背圧室内の背圧が前記吐出室内の吐出圧力より高くなれば前記流体を前記背圧室から前記吐出室に流す逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とする。
実施例1のスクロール型圧縮機は、図1に示すように、電動圧縮機である。この電動圧縮機は、スクロール式の圧縮機構10と、モータ機構12と、ハウジング16とを備えている。ハウジング16は、フロントハウジング1と、モータハウジング3とを有している。
実施例2の電動圧縮機では、図6に示すように、固定基板13aに実施例1のようなサブポート13e、13fが形成されていない。そのため、リード弁39も実施例1のようなサブ弁部39b、39cを有さない。また、リテーナ41も実施例1のようなサブリテーナ部41b、41cを有さない。他の構成は実施例1と同様であり、同一の構成については同一の符号を付し、構成の詳細な説明を省略する。
実施例3の電動圧縮機では、図7に示すように、固定スクロール13に背圧室20と連通する逃し孔62と、逃し孔62と連通する弁室64とが形成されている。弁室64は、逃し孔62と連通する部分の周りが弁座64aとされている。また、弁室64は、開口2aを有するガスケット2によって覆われている。ガスケット2は開口2a周りがばね座2bとされている。また、開口2a及び弁室64はガスケット2に凹設された凹溝2cによって吐出室37と連通している。
実施例4の電動圧縮機では、図8に示すように、逆止弁がボールではなく、スプール46である。スプール46は、弁座64a側が傘形状に形成されている。他の構成は実施例3と同様であり、同一の構成については同一の符号を付し、構成の詳細な説明を省略する。

- ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに固定され、前記ハウジングとともに吐出室を区画形成する固定スクロールと、前記ハウジング内で公転軸周りで公転のみ可能に支持され、前記固定スクロールとの間に圧縮室を区画形成する可動スクロールと、前記ハウジングに固定され、前記可動スクロールとともに背圧室を区画形成するとともに、前記ハウジングとともに吸入室を区画形成する軸支部材とを備え、
前記固定スクロールは、固定基板と、前記固定基板と一体をなす固定渦巻壁とを有し、
前記可動スクロールは、前記固定基板と対面する可動基板と、前記可動基板と一体をなし、前記固定渦巻壁に噛み合わされる可動渦巻壁とを有し、
前記背圧室に前記吐出室内の流体が供給されるスクロール型圧縮機において、
前記背圧室と前記吐出室とは逃し通路によって連通され、
前記逃し通路には、前記背圧室内の背圧が前記吐出室内の吐出圧力より高くなれば前記流体を前記背圧室から前記吐出室に流す逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機。 - 前記固定スクロールは、前記固定渦巻壁を囲繞するとともに前記ハウジングに接合されるシェルを有し、
前記逃し通路の少なくとも一部は前記シェルに貫通形成されている請求項1記載のスクロール型圧縮機。 - 前記固定基板には、前記吐出室と前記圧縮室とを連通する吐出ポートが形成され、
前記固定基板には、前記吐出室内に設けられ、前記吐出ポートを弾性変形によって開閉する板状の吐出弁部と、前記吐出弁部の変形量を規制する吐出弁リテーナとが設けられ、
前記逆止弁は、前記逃し通路の前記吐出室側の開口を弾性変形によって開閉する板状の逆止弁部と、前記逆止弁部の変形量を規制する逆止弁リテーナとからなり、
前記吐出弁部と前記逆止弁部とは一体とされ、前記吐出弁リテーナと前記逆止弁リテーナとは一体とされている請求項1又は2記載のスクロール型圧縮機。 - 前記可動スクロールには、前記可動渦巻壁の先端面に開き、前記圧縮室と連通可能な流入口と、前記可動基板に形成されて前記背圧室に連通する流出口と、前記流入口と前記流出口とを連通させる連通孔とからなり、前記可動スクロールの弾性変形又は前記公転軸方向の変位によって前記圧縮室を前記背圧室に連通させる給気通路が形成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記軸支部材と前記可動スクロールとの間には、自己のばね性及び前記背圧によって前記可動スクロールを前記固定スクロールに向けて付勢するプレートが設けられ、
前記逃し通路の一部は前記プレートに形成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
