Description
Claims (8)
- 回転軸を有するモータ部と、
前記回転軸の回転を減速する減速機構を有するギヤ部と、
を備えた減速機構付モータであって、
前記回転軸により回転されるウォームと、
前記ウォームにより回転されるウォームホイールと、
前記ウォームホイールの回転を外部に出力する出力部材と、
前記ウォームホイールと前記出力部材との間に設けられ、前記ウォームホイールと前記出力部材との相対回転により弾性変形されるダンパ部材と、
前記ウォームホイールと前記出力部材との間に設けられ、前記ダンパ部材の弾性変形により膨出された部分を収容する膨出部分収容部と、
を有し、
前記膨出部分収容部には、前記膨出された部分の膨らみ量が最大値のときに、前記ダンパ部材および前記出力部材を互いに非接触の状態で保持する所定隙間が形成される、減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ウォームホイールに設けられ、前記出力部材に向けて突出されたトルク出力部と、
前記出力部材に設けられ、前記ウォームホイールに向けて突出されたトルク受部と、
を備え、
前記ダンパ部材が、前記ウォームホイールの回転方向に沿う前記トルク出力部と前記トルク受部との間に設けられ、
前記ウォームホイールの軸方向に沿う前記ダンパ部材と前記出力部材との間に、前記膨出部分収容部が設けられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記出力部材に設けられ、外周部に駆動対象物を駆動するケーブルが巻き掛けられたドラムと、
前記ドラムを覆うドラムカバーと、
を備え、
前記出力部材は、前記ドラムカバーにより軸方向に支持されている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ウォームホイールに、前記出力部材の所定角度以上の相対回転を規制するストッパ部が設けられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項4記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記出力部材から前記ダンパ部材に伝わる負荷トルクのうち、
駆動対象物の重量に応じた大きさの負荷トルクをTq1とし、
前記ストッパ部に前記出力部材を当接させる大きさの負荷トルクをTq2としたときに、
Tq1<Tq2の式を満たす、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ダンパ部材は、前記ウォームホイールと前記出力部材との間で弾性変形される複数のダンパ片と、隣り合う前記ダンパ片を互いに連結する連結部とを備え、
前記出力部材は、前記ウォームホイールの軸方向に沿う前記連結部の移動を規制する移動規制部を備えている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項6記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記連結部が、前記ウォームホイールの軸方向に沿う前記ウォームホイールと前記移動規制部との間に設けられている、
減速機構付モータ。 - 請求項1記載の減速機構付モータにおいて、
前記ダンパ部材は、前記ウォームホイールと前記出力部材との間で弾性変形される複数のダンパ片と、隣り合う前記ダンパ片を互いに連結する連結部とを備え、
前記ウォームホイールの軸方向に沿う前記ダンパ片および前記連結部の厚み寸法が、それぞれ同じ厚み寸法である、
減速機構付モータ。
