Abstract
Description
(1):この発明の一態様は、ユーザに提供された二次電池の金銭的価値の一部を証券化した証券の価格を管理する管理部と、前記証券の価格を算定する価格算定部と、前記価格算定部により算定された前記証券の価格を提供する提供部と、を備える管理装置である。
(2)(3)によれば、二次電池の価値に応じた証券の価格を算定できる。
(4)によれば、証券の価値を高めることができる。
(5)によれば、二次電池を搭載した車両の価格を低額に抑えることができる。
図1は、実施形態に係る管理装置100の構成と使用環境の一例を示す図である。管理装置100は、車両に搭載された車載バッテリ(以下の説明において「バッテリ」は「二次電池」と同義とする)14の金銭的価値の一部を証券化した証券に関する情報(以下「証券情報」という)及び証券を購入する投資家に関する情報(以下「投資家情報」という)を管理し、証券情報を投資家500等に提供する装置である。証券情報には、証券の価格、金銭的価値の一部が証券化された車載バッテリ14が含む資源などの情報が含まれる。管理装置100は、運営者によって使用される。運営者は、例えば、電気自動車のリース、販売、及び管理装置100による電力、証券、投資家等の情報の管理を行う。
車両10は、車体12と、車載バッテリ14と、充電口16と、バッテリ制御装置18と、を備える。車体12は、例えば金属製であり、その内部に車載バッテリ14及びバッテリ制御装置18が設けられる。車載バッテリ14は、例えば、リチウムイオン電池などの二次電池である。車載バッテリ14は、電力を蓄電し、電力を放充電可能である。車載バッテリ14から放電される電力は、例えば、車両10に設けられた図示しない走行用モータが駆動して車両10が走行するための電力として使用される。車載バッテリ14から放電される電力は、走行用に使用されるほか、例えば、管理装置100により実行される電力授受ビジネスに使用される。
充電器200は、筐体202と、定置用バッテリ204と、制御装置206と、ケーブル接続口208と、を備える。充電器200には、送電線240が接続される。筐体202には、定置用バッテリ204及び制御装置206が内蔵されている。充電器200は、例えば、車両10を所有するユーザ宅260のガレージ等の近傍に設置される。充電器200が設置されることにより、深夜電力の貯蔵活用を行うことができるため、ユーザは、安価な電気で車両10への充電が可能となる。
金融事業者300は、二次電池に使用される資源に関する情報(以下「資源情報」という)を記憶している。二次電池に使用される資源は、例えば、再利用可能な資源であり、具体的には、コバルト、ネオジウム、ジスプロジウムなどのレアメタルである。資源情報は、例えば、これらのレアメタルのそれぞれの価格(単位重量当たりの単価)である。
電力事業者400は、需要家に対して電力を供給するサービスを提供する。電力事業者400は、例えば、送電線240を介して、充電器200に電力を供給したり、充電器200から電力の供給を受けたりする。電力事業者400は、電力の供給を受けたい場合に、管理装置100に電力要求情報を送信する。電力事業者400は、電力要求情報を受信した管理装置100が送信した供給可能情報を受信した場合に、複数の充電器200から電力の供給を受ける。電力事業者400は、要求した量の電力の供給を複数の充電器200から受電した場合に、受電完了情報を管理装置100に送信する。
投資家500は、車載バッテリ14の金銭的価値の一部が証券化された証券を購入する者である。投資家500には証券を購入した者のほか、証券の購入を希望または検討している者等が含まれていてもよい。投資家500は、例えば、情報端末を所有しており、所有する情報端末を用いて管理装置100との間で情報の送受信を行う。投資家500は、例えば証券の購入を希望する場合に、情報端末から購入希望情報を管理装置100に送信する。購入希望情報には、投資家を識別する投資家ID及び購入を希望する証券の種類や金額などの情報が含まれる。投資家500は、例えば、証券情報を知りたい場合に、情報端末から証券情報要求情報を管理装置100に送信する。
管理装置100は、通信部110と、取得部120と、管理部130と、算定部140と、提供部150と、記憶部170と、を備える。取得部120、管理部130、算定部140、及び提供部150は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などのハードウェアプロセッサがプログラム(ソフトウェア)を実行することにより実現される。これらの構成要素のうち一部または全部は、LSI(Large Scale Integration)やASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)、GPU(Graphics Processing Unit)などのハードウェア(回路部;circuitryを含む)によって実現されてもよいし、ソフトウェアとハードウェアの協働によって実現されてもよい。プログラムは、予めHDD(Hard Disk Drive)やフラッシュメモリなどの記憶装置(非一過性記憶媒体)に格納されていてもよいし、DVDやCD−ROMなどの着脱可能な記憶媒体(非一過性記憶媒体)に格納されており、記憶媒体がドライブ装置に装着されることでインストールされてもよい。記憶部170は、前述した記憶装置により実現される。
上記(1)式において、nは自然数である。資源nの価格は、金融事業者300により送信される資源情報に基づいて定められる。資源nの重量は、資源1〜資源3の各項目に記憶された重量である。
管理部130は、価格算定部142が算定した各証券の証券価格及びキャピタルゲインに応じて、証券データ174における各証券の証券価格及びキャピタルゲインの項目を更新する。資源情報は、時々刻々変化するので、管理部130は、証券データ174における各証券の証券価格及びキャピタルゲインの項目を時々刻々更新する。
インカムゲイン=(配当原資/証券数)×寄与率 ・・・(3)
ここで、証券数は、証券番号が付された証券の数である。寄与率は、金銭的価値の一部が証券化された各車載バッテリ14が電力授受ビジネスに寄与した割合であり、全証券の寄与率を合算すると1となる値である。寄与率は、例えば、金銭的価値の一部が証券化された車載バッテリ14のSOHやSOC、車載バッテリ14により供給された電力の量に基づいて決定される。

を備える管理装置。 - 前記管理部は、前記証券を購入した投資家に関する情報を管理し、
前記提供部は、前記証券の価格を少なくとも前記投資家に提供する、
請求項1に記載の管理装置。 - 証券化された前記二次電池の金銭的価値の一部は、前記二次電池における再利用可能な資源の価格を含み、
前記価格算定部は、前記資源の価格に基づいて、前記証券の価格を算定する、
請求項1または2に記載の管理装置。 - 前記二次電池と電力網を接続することで行われる電力授受ビジネスによる収益に基づいて、前記証券の配当を算定する配当算定部を更に備える、
