Abstract
Description
ゴム部材の長手方向の一端部の外表面に現れている第1金具と他端部に取り付けられた第2金具とを有する防振マウントの、第1金具に塗装する、防振マウントの塗装装置であって、
塗装対象となる前記防振マウントには、前記他端部において、前記第2金具の周囲から前記長手方向に突出した外周突部を有する、第1タイプの防振マウントと、前記他端部において、前記第2金具そのものが長手方向に突出した金具突部を有する、第2タイプの防振マウントとが含まれており、
前記第1金具に塗装する塗装部と、
前記防振マウントを前記他端部側において支持するマウント支持部と
を備え、
前記マウント支持部は、
前記外周突部を、前記長手方向に直交する方向において両側から挟んで支持する、一対の支持壁部と、
長手方向に凹設されており、前記金具突部に嵌合する、凹部と
を有している、防振マウントの塗装装置を提供する。
前記一対の支持壁部の間に、前記切り欠き部に係合する、ガイドピンが設けられている。
前記外周突部と前記一対の支持壁部との間の隙間は、前記金具突部と前記凹部との間の隙間よりも大きい。
前記金具突部は、非円形に形成されている。
前記金具突部は、第1の方向に細長く形成されており、該第1の方向に対向する一対の円弧部と、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に対向する一対の平坦部とを有しており、
前記金具突部と前記凹部との間の、前記第1の方向における隙間は、前記第2の方向における隙間よりも小さい。

Claims (6)
- ゴム部材の長手方向の一端部の外表面に現れている第1金具と他端部に取り付けられた第2金具とを有する防振マウントの、第1金具に塗装する、防振マウントの塗装装置であって、
塗装対象となる前記防振マウントには、前記他端部において、前記第2金具の周囲から前記長手方向に突出した外周突部を有する、第1タイプの防振マウントと、前記他端部において、前記第2金具そのものが長手方向に突出した金具突部を有する、第2タイプの防振マウントとが含まれており、
前記第1金具に塗装する塗装部と、
前記防振マウントを前記他端部側において支持するマウント支持部と
を備え、
前記マウント支持部は、
前記外周突部を、前記長手方向に直交する方向において両側から挟んで支持する、一対の支持壁部と、
長手方向に凹設されており、前記金具突部に嵌合する、凹部と
を有している、防振マウントの塗装装置。 - 前記外周突部には、前記他端部側に開口した切り欠き部が形成されており、
前記一対の支持壁部の間に、前記切り欠き部に係合する、ガイドピンが設けられている、
請求項1に記載の防振マウントの塗装装置。 - 前記外周突部は、外表面がゴム部材で構成されており、
前記外周突部と前記一対の支持壁部との間の隙間は、前記金具突部と前記凹部との間の隙間よりも大きい、
請求項1又は2に記載の防振マウントの塗装装置。 - 前記長手方向から見て、
前記金具突部は、非円形に形成されている、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の防振マウントの塗装装置。 - 前記長手方向から見て、
前記金具突部は、第1の方向に細長く形成されており、該第1の方向に対向する一対の円弧部と、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に対向する一対の平坦部とを有しており、
前記金具突部と前記凹部との間の、前記第1の方向における隙間は、前記第2の方向における隙間よりも小さい、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の防振マウントの塗装装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の防振マウントの塗装装置を用いて、前記第1タイプの防振マウント及び前記第2タイプの防振マウントの前記第2金具に塗装する、防振マウントの塗装方法。
