Description
車両用防振ゴムの外表面に露出している金具に水性塗料を塗布する塗料塗布工程と、
誘導加熱により前記金具を加熱して前記金具に塗布された前記水性塗料を乾燥させる塗料乾燥工程と、
を有しており、
前記誘導加熱により前記金具を加熱するときに、前記金具のうち塗装されない非塗装部の温度を放射温度計によって計測し、前記金具の温度が所定の上限値を超過していないか監視する車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法を提供する。
また、金具の非塗装部の温度を計測することによって、被計測部の面性状のバラツキ等の影響を除外して、金具の温度が所望の温度に昇温されていることを正確に安定して監視できる。例えば、誘導加熱により金具が異常に昇温されていることを検出しやすく、水性塗料が過熱されることを防止できる。
前記予熱温度は、前記乾燥温度よりも高い。
上記いずれか1つに記載の車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法を含む、車両用防振ゴムの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (5)
- 車両用防振ゴムの外表面に露出している金具に水性塗料を塗布する塗料塗布工程と、
誘導加熱により前記金具を加熱して前記金具に塗布された前記水性塗料を乾燥させる塗料乾燥工程と、
を有しており、
前記誘導加熱により前記金具を加熱するときに、前記金具のうち塗装されない非塗装部の温度を放射温度計によって計測し、前記金具の温度が所定の上限値を超過していないか監視する車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法。 - 前記水性塗料の塗布に先だって、誘導加熱により前記金具を加熱して予熱する予熱工程をさらに有している、
請求項1に記載の車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法。 - 前記予熱工程における前記金具の予熱温度及び前記塗料乾燥工程における前記金具の乾燥温度は、前記水性塗料の沸点より低く、
前記予熱温度は、前記乾燥温度よりも高い、
請求項2に記載の車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法。 - 前記予熱工程の時間と、前記塗料塗布工程の時間と、前記塗料乾燥工程の時間とが、概ね同一に設定されている、
請求項2に記載の車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の車両用防振ゴムの塗装方法によって、車両用防振ゴムに塗装する工程を含む、車両用防振ゴムの製造方法。
