Abstract
Description
面直方向に突出した突出部を有するダイヤフラムを吸着して移送するダイヤフラム移送装置であって、
ダイヤフラムが前記突出部を下方に向けた姿勢で載置される載置台と、
前記載置台に載置されたダイヤフラムを、前記突出部の外周側において、上方から吸着する吸着パッドと、
を備え、
前記載置台は、前記ダイヤフラムのうち前記吸着パッドにより吸着される被吸着部に対して下方から対向する環状の台座部と、この内径側に下方に凹設された凹部とを有し、
上面視で、前記ダイヤフラムの前記突出部の全体が、前記凹部の内側に位置している、ダイヤフラム移送装置を提供する。
前記第1隙間の長さは、前記第2隙間の長さ以下である。
前記載置台に前記ダイヤフラムが位置決めされた状態で、前記ダイヤフラムの下側に前記載置台との間に画定される空間が、前記溝部を介して外部に連通している。
液室が形成されたゴム部材と、面直方向に突出した突出部を有しており前記ゴム部材の前記液室を封止するダイヤフラムとを準備し、
前記ゴム部材の前記液室に液体を注入し、
上記ダイヤフラム移送装置を用いて、前記ダイヤフラムを吸着して前記ゴム部材に移送し、
前記ダイヤフラムを前記ゴム部材に組み付けて、前記液室に前記液体を封入して、
液体封入式防振マウントを製造する方法を提供する。

Claims (6)
- 面直方向に突出した突出部を有するダイヤフラムを吸着して移送するダイヤフラム移送装置であって、
ダイヤフラムが前記突出部を下方に向けた姿勢で載置される載置台と、
前記載置台に載置されたダイヤフラムを、前記突出部の外周側において、上方から吸着する吸着パッドと、
を備え、
前記載置台は、前記ダイヤフラムのうち前記吸着パッドにより吸着される被吸着部に対して下方から対向する環状の台座部と、この内径側に下方に凹設された凹部とを有し、
上面視で、前記ダイヤフラムの前記突出部の全体が、前記凹部の内側に位置している、ダイヤフラム移送装置。 - 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記載置台に載置されており前記吸着パッドに吸着されていない状態で、上下方向において前記台座部に対して第1隙間を介して対向している、
請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム移送装置。 - 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記載置台に載置されており前記吸着パッドに吸着されていない状態で、上下方向において前記突出部が前記凹部に対して第2隙間を介して対向しており、
前記第1隙間の長さは、前記第2隙間の長さ以下である、
請求項2に記載のダイヤフラム移送装置。 - 前記載置台は、前記ダイヤフラムの外周部を、外径側から径方向に位置決めする外周壁部と、下方から支持する底面とを有する環状の段部をさらに有している、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のダイヤフラム移送装置。 - 前記載置台は、前記段部を径方向に貫通する溝部が形成されており、
前記載置台に前記ダイヤフラムが位置決めされた状態で、前記ダイヤフラムの下側に前記載置台との間に画定される空間が、前記溝部を介して外部に連通している、
請求項4に記載のダイヤフラム移送装置。 - 液室が形成されたゴム部材と、面直方向に突出した突出部を有しており前記ゴム部材の前記液室を封止するダイヤフラムとを準備し、
前記ゴム部材の前記液室に液体を注入し、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のダイヤフラム移送装置を用いて、前記ダイヤフラムを吸着して前記ゴム部材に移送し、
前記ダイヤフラムを前記ゴム部材に組み付けて、前記液室に前記液体を封入して、
液体封入式防振マウントを製造する方法。
