Abstract
Description
所定の充電要求は、蓄電装置に150kW以上の電力を供給する充電の要求である。
第二ヒューズが所定の電流条件において溶断するまでの時間は、第一ヒューズが同電流条件において溶断するまでの時間よりも長い。
リレー装置は、第一回路の接続及び遮断を切り替える第一リレーと、第二回路の接続及び遮断を切り替える第二リレーと、を含んでいる。制御装置は、充電要求が出された場合、第二リレーによって第二回路を接続し、第一リレーによって第一回路を遮断するように構成される。
制御装置は、充電要求が出された場合、第一回路及び前記第二回路が遮断された状態で切替機構を制御するように構成される。
1−1.実施の形態1の電源回路保護装置の構成
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態1について説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係る電源回路保護装置の概略構成を示す図である。なお、電源回路保護装置100は、例えば電動車両やハイブリッド車両等、駆動用電源としての蓄電装置と駆動用モータを備える車両に搭載される。
蓄電装置16は、例えばリチウムイオン電池やニッケル水素電池によって構成された96個の単電池を3並列に組むことにより、420Aの電流値を出力可能に構成されている。
次に、実施の形態1の電源回路保護装置100の特徴的な動作について説明する。実施の形態1の電源回路保護装置100が備える電源回路10は、車両を走行させる場合、走行用回路12を用いて蓄電装置16の電力を駆動用モータ24へ供給する。また、電源回路10は、蓄電装置16を充電する場合、充電用回路14を用いて外部充電施設50の電力を蓄電装置16へ供給する。
次に、フローチャートに沿ってECU30が実行するルーチンの具体的処理について説明する。
実施の形態1の電源回路保護装置100は、以下のように変形した形態を適用してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 車両の駆動用電源として使用される蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力の供給を受けて駆動する駆動用モータと、前記蓄電装置を充電するための充電端子とが搭載された車両の電源回路保護装置において、
前記蓄電装置と前記駆動用モータとを接続する第一回路と、前記蓄電装置と前記充電端子とを接続する第二回路と、を択一的に形成するリレー装置と、
前記蓄電装置と前記リレー装置との間に介在するように設けられたヒューズ装置と、
前記リレー装置及び前記ヒューズ装置を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記ヒューズ装置は、
第一ヒューズと、
前記第一ヒューズよりも溶断し難い溶断特性を有する第二ヒューズと、
前記蓄電装置との接続先を前記第一ヒューズと前記第二ヒューズとの間で択一的に切り替える切替機構と、を含み、
前記制御装置は、所定の充電要求を受けて前記第二回路が接続されるように前記リレー装置を制御する場合、前記第二ヒューズが前記蓄電装置に接続されるように前記切替機構を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする電源回路保護装置。 - 前記所定の充電要求は、前記蓄電装置に150kW以上の電力を供給する充電の要求であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源回路保護装置。
- 前記第二ヒューズが所定の電流条件において溶断するまでの時間は、前記第一ヒューズが同電流条件において溶断するまでの時間よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電源回路保護装置。
- 前記リレー装置は、
前記第一回路の接続及び遮断を切り替える第一リレーと、
前記第二回路の接続及び遮断を切り替える第二リレーと、を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記充電要求が出された場合、前記第二リレーによって前記第二回路を接続し前記第一リレーによって前記第一回路を遮断するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の電源回路保護装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記充電要求が出された場合、前記第一回路及び前記第二回路が遮断された状態で前記切替機構を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の電源回路保護装置。
