Abstract
Description
本実施形態の端子付電線1は、図1に示すように、被覆電線2と、端子金具3と、を備え、例えば車両において配索されるワイヤハーネスを構成する。
本実施形態の端子付電線は、被覆電線2と、図11〜13に示すような端子金具3Bと、を備える。端子金具3Bは、前記第1実施形態の端子金具3と同様に、箱状部31と、導体接続部32と、被覆接続部33と、を有している。端子金具3Bは、ニッケル層35が省略されている点で前記第1実施形態の端子金具3とは異なっている。
本実施形態の端子付電線は、被覆電線2と、図14、15に示すような端子金具3Cと、を備える。端子金具3Cは、前記第1実施形態の端子金具3と同様に、箱状部31と、導体接続部32と、被覆接続部33と、を有している。端子金具3Cは、銅層36が省略されている点で前記第1実施形態の端子金具3とは異なっている。
本実施形態の端子付電線は、被覆電線2と、図16〜18に示すような端子金具3Dと、を備える。端子金具3Dは、前記第1実施形態の端子金具3と同様に、箱状部31と、導体接続部32と、被覆接続部33と、を有している。端子金具3Dは、ニッケル層35および銅層36が省略されている点で前記第1実施形態の端子金具3とは異なっている。

Claims (7)
- 被覆電線の端部において露出した導体部に接続される端子金具であって、
相手方端子と接触する電気接続部を含む電気接続領域と、
前記導体部に圧着される導体圧着片を含む圧着領域と、を備え、
表面に錫メッキ層が形成されるとともに、当該錫メッキ層が、前記電気接続領域よりも前記圧着領域において厚く形成され、
前記圧着領域における前記錫メッキ層は、当該錫メッキ層の下地が露出しないような厚さを有していることを特徴とする端子金具。 - 銅製の基材部の表面に対し、ニッケル層と銅層と前記錫メッキ層とがこの順で積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 銅製の基材部の表面に対し、銅層と前記錫メッキ層とがこの順で積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 銅製の基材部の表面に対し、ニッケル層と前記錫メッキ層とがこの順で積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 銅製の基材部の表面に対し、前記錫メッキ層が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子金具。
- 前記基材部の裏表両面および側面が前記錫メッキ層によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の端子金具。
- 被覆電線の端部において露出した導体部に接続される端子金具を製造する端子金具製造方法であって、
銅製の基材部、又は、その外側の下地層の表面に、錫メッキ層を形成する錫メッキ層形成工程を含み、
前記錫メッキ層形成工程において、相手方端子と接触する電気接続部を含む第1領域に対して錫リフロー処理によって前記錫メッキ層を形成するとともに、前記導体部に圧着される導体圧着片を含む第2領域に対して錫無光沢処理によって前記錫メッキ層を形成し、
前記錫メッキ層を、前記第1領域よりも前記第2領域において厚く形成するとともに、前記第2領域における前記錫メッキ層を、当該錫メッキ層の下地が露出しないような厚さを有するように形成することを特徴とする端子金具製造方法。
