Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の内燃機関システム10は、内燃機関100と、制御部200と、イグニッションスイッチ40と、を備える。イグニッションスイッチ40は、利用者が内燃機関100の起動および停止を行うためのスイッチである。本実施形態では、内燃機関システム10は、車両50に搭載されている。
第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と比較して、排気制御としてオン制御ではなくオフ制御を行う点で異なるが、それ以外は同じである。なお、排気制御として、オン制御とオフ制御との両方を行ってもよい。以下、図3を用いてオフ制御を説明する。
図4に示すように、第3実施形態の内燃機関システム10Aは、第1実施形態の内燃機関システム10と比較して、さらに、酸素濃度を測定する酸素センサ127を備える点が異なる。酸素センサ127は、吸気管に設けられている。そして、第3実施形態では、第1実施形態と比較して、排気制御の代わりに噴射量調整制御を行う点で異なるが、それ以外は同じである。以下、図5を用いて、噴射量調整制御を説明する。
上述の実施形態では、排気再循環管140に設けられる開閉弁として二重偏心弁を用いたが、これに限られない。排気再循環管140に設けられる開閉弁として、アイドルスピードコントロールバルブなどの他の開閉弁を用いてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 内燃機関システム(10)であって、
燃料を燃焼させる燃焼室(110)と、
往復運動することにより前記燃焼室の容量を変更可能なピストン(119)と、
前記燃焼室へ空気を供給する吸気管(120)と、
前記吸気管に設けられ、前記燃焼室への前記空気の供給量を制御するスロットル(122)と、
前記燃焼室から排出された排気ガスの一部を前記吸気管まで循環させる排気再循環管(140)と、
前記排気再循環管に設けられ、前記燃焼室への前記排気ガスの供給量を制御する開閉弁(144)と、
前記ピストンと、前記スロットルと、前記開閉弁とを制御する制御部(200)と、を備え、
前記制御部は、イグニッションスイッチがオンとなった場合、前記イグニッションスイッチがオンとなる前よりも、前記スロットルと前記開閉弁との少なくとも一方の開度を大きくした状態において、前記ピストンを往復運動させることによって、前記燃焼室内の気体を排出するオン制御を行う、内燃機関システム。 - 内燃機関システムであって、
燃料を燃焼させる燃焼室と、
往復運動することにより前記燃焼室の容量を変更可能なピストンと、
前記燃焼室へ空気を供給する吸気管と、
前記吸気管に設けられ、前記燃焼室への前記空気の供給量を制御するスロットルと、
前記燃焼室から排出された排気ガスの一部を前記吸気管まで循環させる排気再循環管と、
前記排気再循環管に設けられ、前記燃焼室への前記排気ガスの供給量を制御する開閉弁と、
前記ピストンと、前記スロットルと、前記開閉弁とを制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、イグニッションスイッチがオフとなった場合、前記イグニッションスイッチがオフとなる前よりも、前記スロットルと前記開閉弁との少なくとも一方の開度を大きくした状態において、前記ピストンを往復運動させることによって、前記燃焼室内の気体を排出するオフ制御を行う、内燃機関システム。 - 内燃機関システム(10A)であって、
燃料を燃焼させる燃焼室と、
前記燃焼室に設けられ、前記燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記燃焼室へ空気を供給する吸気管と、
前記吸気管に設けられ、酸素濃度を測定する酸素センサ(127)と、
前記燃焼室から排出された排気ガスの一部を前記吸気管まで循環させる排気再循環管と、
前記排気再循環管に設けられ、前記燃焼室への前記排気ガスの供給量を制御する開閉弁と、
イグニッションスイッチがオンとなった状態における前記酸素濃度を用いて、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の噴射量を調整する制御部と、を備える、内燃機関システム。
