Claims (8)
- 自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機であって、それはフレーム(1)とフレーム(1)に設置された搬送溝台座(2)を備え、
前記搬送溝台座(2)の中部に、供給溝(3)が設置され、前記搬送溝台座(2)に、加工フレーム(12)が設置され、前記加工フレーム(12)に、搬送溝台座(2)における片状体(4)と連係するパンチング装置(13)と研削装置(14)が順次に設置され、前記フレーム(1)に、互いに連係する供給モータ(5)と供給スクリュー(6)が設置され、前記供給スクリュー(6)に、供給可動ブロック(7)が被装され、前記供給可動ブロック(7)に、供給可動台座(8)が固設され、前記供給可動台座(8)に、供給昇降シリンダー(9)が設置され、前記供給昇降シリンダー(9)に、供給昇降ブロック(10)が設置され、前記供給昇降ブロック(10)に、供給溝(3)を貫通可能な供給ブロック(11)が均一に設置され、且つパンチング装置(13)と研削(14)装置の加工ステーション間の距離は隣り合う二枚の供給ブロック(11)間の距離と一致することを特徴とする自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。 - 前記供給ブロック(11)はL形状のブロックであり、その水平部分は片状体の長さと一致し、パンチングステーションと研削ステーションにおける供給ブロック(11)に、片状体のパンチング部分と連係する漏れ穴(26)が設けられ、前記供給昇降ブロック(10)に、漏れ穴(26)と合わせる収集口(27)が設置され、前記供給可動台座(8)に、収集口(27)と連係する収集装置(15)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
- 前記加工フレーム(12)の下方に、加工昇降シリンダー(21)が設置され、前記加工昇降シリンダー(21)の下方に、加工昇降台座(22)が接続され、且つ加工昇降台座(22)の長さは隣り合う二枚の供給ブロック(11)間の距離と一致し、供給ブロック(11)の垂直部分の真上に、合わせ口が設けられ、前記パンチング装置(13)と研削装置(14)は、何れも加工昇降台座(22)の下方に設置され、前記研削装置(14)は、加工昇降台座(22)の下方に設置された研削モータ(23)を備え、前記研削モータ(23)の下方に、研削ヘッド(24)が設置され、前記加工昇降台座(22)において且つ研削モータ(23)の両側に、加工緩衝ばね(30)を介して供給ブロック(11)における片状体と連係する研削押圧ブロック(31)が接続され、前記研削ヘッド(24)が研削押圧ブロック(31)と差込連係されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
- 前記研削ヘッド(24)の下部は円錐形であり、且つ底面の真ん中に、光束受信機(25)が嵌め込まれ、前記供給昇降ブロック(10)に、光束送信機(29)が設置され、前記光束送信機(29)の光束送信機取付板(28)が、ボルトを介して供給昇降ブロック(10)に固定され、前記光束送信機(29)の上部は、研削ステーションにおける漏れ穴(26)と接続する収集口(27)の下部と一致し、且つ光束送信機(29)は、上へ向かって、漏れ穴(26)の軸線と重なり合う縦光束を送信することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
- 前記研削押圧ブロック(31)の下部に、第一接触センサー(32)が嵌め込まれ、前記加工昇降台座(22)に合わせ口が設置された箇所に、形成されている溝が下方に向くように供給高度検出溝ブロック(33)が設けられ、前記供給高度検出溝ブロック(33)の下方に、供給ブロック(11)の上表面と連係する二つの音波距離測定器(34)が設置され、且つ二つの音波距離測定器(34)間の広さが供給ブロック(11)の垂直部分の厚さと一致することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
- 前記パンチング装置(13)は、加工昇降台座(22)の下方に設置されたパンチングヘッド(37)を備え、前記加工昇降台座(22)において且つパンチングヘッド(37)の外側に、加工緩衝ばね(30)を介して供給ブロック(11)における片状体と連係するパンチング押圧ブロック(39)が接続され、前記パンチング押圧ブロック(39)はパンチングヘッド(37)と差込連係され、前記パンチング押圧ブロック(39)の下部に、第二接触センサー(38)が嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
- 前記加工昇降台座(22)の下方に、パンチング回転モータ(36)が設置され、前記パンチングヘッド(37)が、パンチング回転モータ(36)の下方に設置され、且つパンチングヘッド(37)の下部は環状切断刃であり、上部はパンチングの口径より大きいストップブロックであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
- 前記収集装置(15)は、供給昇降台座(8)に設置された二つの収集組立モータ(42)を備え、且つ二つの収集組立モータ(42)がそれぞれ収集口(27)の両側に位置し、前記収集組立モータ(42)の上方に、垂直方向を向く収集組立回転軸(43)が接続され、前記収集組立回転軸(43)の外側に、収集組立回転カバー(45)が被装され、前記収集組立回転カバー(45)が、供給昇降ブロック(10)の下方に設置された回転カバーの取付軸受台(44)に取り付けられ、前記収集組立回転軸(43)の外側に、垂直方向を向く回転軸合わせ差込口(48)が設置され、前記収集組立回転カバー(45)に、回転軸合わせ差込口(48)と連係する回転軸合わせ差込ブロック(49)が設置され、前記収集組立回転カバー(45)の下部に、収集支持回転ブロック(46)が固定された状態で被覆され、二つの収集支持回転ブロック(46)に、収集枠(47)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動故障検出可能な片状体のパンチング・研削複合機。
