Abstract
Description
a)該ナノ粒子組成物を1週間に1回、3週間投与すること;
b)該ナノ粒子組成物の投与を1週間中止すること;及び
c)任意的に、必要に応じて工程a)及びb)を繰り返して、該腫瘍の処置すること
を含む。
Claims (34)
- PD-L1又はPD-L2を発現する癌を患っている患者を処置する為の方法であって、該患者に、
(a)複数のナノ粒子を含むナノ粒子組成物、ここで、該ナノ粒子のそれぞれは、アルブミン、PD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる結合剤、及びパクリタキセルを含み、該ナノ粒子はPD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる;並びに
(b)PD-1免疫療法剤
を投与することを含む、上記方法。 - PD-L1又はPD-L2を発現する癌を患っている患者の免疫療法処置の治療有効性を増加させる為の方法であって、該患者に、(a)治療的に有効量のナノ粒子組成物、及び(b)PD-1免疫療法剤を投与することを含み、ここで、該ナノ粒子組成物は、アルブミン、PD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる結合剤、及びパクリタキセルを含む1以上のナノ粒子を含み、該ナノ粒子はPD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる、上記方法。
- 該PD-1免疫療法剤が、PD-1に結合することができる第2の結合剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該第2の結合剤が遊離の結合剤である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該第2の結合剤は、キャリアータンパク質及び該第2の結合剤及び、任意的に第2の治療剤、を含むナノ粒子上及び/又はその中に組み込まれている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該第2の結合剤が抗PD-1抗体である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該抗PD-1抗体が、ニボルマブ、ペンブロリズマブ、ピディリズマブ、PDR001又はそれらの後発生物製剤である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 該第2の結合剤が融合タンパク質である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該融合タンパク質が、AMP-224又はAMP-514である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- PD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる該結合剤が抗体である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該抗体が、アテゾリズマブ、アベルマブ、デュルバルマブ、BMS936559(MDX1105)又はそれらの後発生物製剤を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 該ナノ粒子組成物が凍結乾燥されており、且つ該方法が投与の前に水性溶液中で該ナノ粒子組成物を再構成することをさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該ナノ粒子組成物及び該第2の結合剤が逐次に投与される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該ナノ粒子組成物が該第2の結合剤の投与の前に投与される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該第2の結合剤が該ナノ粒子組成物の投与の前に投与される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該ナノ粒子組成物及び該第2の結合剤が同時に投与される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- アビラテロン、ベンダムスチン、ボルテゾミブ、カルボプラチン、カバジタキセル、シスプラチン、クロラムブシル、ダサチニブ、ドセタキセル、ドキソルビシン、エピルビシン、エルロチニブ、エトポシド、エベロリムス、ゲフィチニブ、イダルビシン、イマチニブ、ヒドロキシウレア、イマチニブ、ラパチニブ、リュープロレリン、メルファラン、メトトレキサート、ミトキサントロン、ネダプラチン、ニロチニブ、オキサリプラチン、パゾパニブ、ペメトレキセド、ピコプラチン、ロミデプシン、サトラプラチン、ソラフェニブ、ベムラフェニブ、スニチニブ、テニポシド、トリプラチン、ビンブラスチン、ビノレルビン、ビンクリスチン又はシクロホスファミドから選択される追加の治療剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ナノ粒子であって、該ナノ粒子がPD-1、PD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができるように、
a.アルブミン、
b.PD-1、PD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる結合剤、及び
c.パクリタキセル
を含む、上記ナノ粒子。 - 該結合剤が融合タンパク質である、請求項18に記載のナノ粒子。
- 該結合剤が抗体である、請求項18に記載のナノ粒子。
- 該抗体が、PD-1に結合し且つニボルマブ、ペンブロリズマブ、ピディリズマブ、PDR001又はそれらの後発生物製剤から選択される、請求項20に記載のナノ粒子。
- 該抗体が、PD-L1に結合し且つアテゾリズマブ、アベルマブ、デュルバルマブ、BMS936559(MDX1105)又はそれらの後発生物製剤から選択される、請求項20に記載のナノ粒子。
- 請求項18〜22のいずれか1項に記載のナノ粒子を含むナノ粒子組成物。
- 凍結乾燥されており、且つ水性溶液で再構成すると、該ナノ粒子がPD-1、PD-L1又はPD-L2に結合することができる、請求項23に記載のナノ粒子組成物。

- 該第2の結合剤が遊離の結合剤である、請求項27に記載のキット。
- 該第2の結合剤が、アルブミン及び該第2の結合剤を含むナノ粒子上及び/又はその中に組み込まれている、請求項27に記載のキット。
- 該第2の結合剤が抗PD-1抗体である、請求項27に記載のキット。
- 該抗体が、ピディリズマブ、PDR001、ペンブロリズマブ若しくはニボルマブ、又はそれらの後発生物製剤を含む、請求項30に記載のキット。
- 該PD-1免疫療法剤が融合タンパク質である、請求項26に記載のキット。
- 該融合タンパク質が、AMP-224、AMP-514又はそれらの後発生物製剤である、請求項32に記載のキット。
- 該ナノ粒子組成物が凍結乾燥されている、請求項26に記載のキット。
