Abstract
Description
A)以下から成る群から選択される1つ以上のモノマー及び/またはオリゴマーであり、

C)少なくとも1つのスチレン系ブロックコポリマーまたはその誘導体と、
D)少なくとも1つの光開始剤と、を含む。
「ポリマー」は、同じまたは異なるタイプのモノマーに関わらず、モノマーを重合することによって調製されたポリマー化合物を指す。一般的な用語「ポリマー」は、「ホモポリマー」、「コポリマー」、「ターポリマー」、及び「インターポリマー」という用語を包含する。
用語「オレフィンブロックコポリマー」または「OBC」は、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーを意味し(そしてそれと交換可能であり)、エチレン、及び化学的または物理的特性が異なる2つ以上の重合モノマー単位の複数のブロックまたはセグメントによって特徴付けられる1つ以上の共重合可能なα−オレフィンコモノマーを重合形態で含む。インターポリマー中の「エチレン」または「コモノマー」の量を指す場合、これは、その重合単位を意味することが理解される。いくつかの実施形態では、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーは、エチレン/α−オレフィンマルチブロックインターポリマーである。更なる実施形態では、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーは、以下の式で表され得るエチレン/α−オレフィンマルチブロックコポリマーであり、

特定の実施形態では、本開示のプロセスは、i)発泡体層を調製するステップを含む。「発泡体層の調製」には、以下の開示、ならびに米国特許第7,666,918B2号の方法及び開示が含まれ、これは、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
特定の実施形態では、本開示のプロセスは、ii)発泡体層にプライマーを適用するステップを含む。適切なプライマーとしては、WO2016/004618A1及びWO2016/004898A1に開示されるUVプライマーが挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
特定の実施形態では、本開示のプロセスは、iii)発泡体層に0.7J/cm2を超える紫外線エネルギーを照射するステップを含む。そのようなステップは、本明細書に開示される発泡体層に適用されたUVプライマーを活性化するように働く。特定の実施形態では、発泡体層は、1つまたは複数の水銀ランプを備えたUV硬化機で照射されてもよい。UV硬化機は、UV硬化チャンバ(バッチ生産)または搬送ベルトUV硬化機(連続生産)であってもよい。
特定の実施形態において、本開示のプロセスは、iv)発泡体層に接着剤層を適用するステップを含む。特定の実施形態では、接着剤層は、極性基質であり得る。更なる実施形態では、接着剤層は、ポリウレタン接着剤であってもよい。更なる実施形態では、接着剤層は、当業者に知られている任意の極性基材であってもよい。
任意のステップとして、補強処理層が、発泡体層のUV照射(すなわち、プライマー処理された発泡体層への接着剤層の適用前)に続いて適用され得、その後、別のオーブン乾燥プロセスが続く。
ポリマー密度は、ASTM D−792に従って測定された。
以下の材料を実施例の調製に使用した。
本開示の実施例の調製のためのおおよその条件、特性、配合物などを以下に提供する。
試料バン発泡体層を固着するために、UVプライマーをWO2016/004618A1の開示に従って調製した。より具体的には、本開示の実施例において使用されるプライマーA〜Cは、以下のように調製された。
a.三つ口フラスコ中で、80℃で30分間機械的に撹拌しながら溶液を加熱還流することによる、メチルシクロヘキサン(MCH)中の5%MAH−g−CPO、
b.三つ口フラスコ中で、80℃で30分間機械的に撹拌しながら溶液を加熱還流することによる、MCH中の10%SEBS1652、
c.室温でメチル−エチル−ケトン(MEK)に直接溶解した、10%光開始剤184、
d.MEK/MCH(1/1)の溶媒混合物に溶解した、10%HDDA、
e.MEK/MCH(1/1)の溶媒混合物に溶解した、10%TPGDA。
オレフィン系ポリマー発泡体スラブを、固着試験(T−Peel)のために「15cm(長さ)*2.5cm(幅)*0.5cm(厚さ)」の試験基質発泡体に切断した。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの発泡体層に固着された接着剤層を含む発泡物品を調製するためのプロセスであって、
i)前記発泡体層を調製するステップと、
ii)前記発泡体層にプライマーを適用するステップと、
iii)前記発泡体層に0.7J/cm2を超える紫外線エネルギーを照射するステップと、
iv)前記発泡体層に前記接着剤層を適用するステップと、を含み、
前記発泡体層は、50重量パーセントを超えるエチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーを含み、
前記プライマーは、
A)以下から成る群から選択される1つ以上のモノマー及び/またはオリゴマーであって、
B)少なくとも1つの塩素化オレフィン系ポリマー及び/または少なくとも1つの官能化塩素化オレフィン系ポリマーと、
C)少なくとも1つのスチレン系ブロックコポリマーまたはその誘導体と、
D)少なくとも1つの光開始剤と、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーが0.870g/cm3を超える密度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記発泡体層が、過酸化物、発泡剤、及び炭酸カルシウムを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記接着剤層がポリウレタンである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プライマーが、E)1つ以上の非芳香族及び非塩素化有機溶媒を更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスに従って調製された発泡物品。
- 0.3N/mmを超える2つの固着された発泡体層の間の剥離強度を備える、請求項6に記載の発泡物品。
- 前記発泡物品が反っていない、請求項7に記載の発泡物品。
- 前記発泡物品が履物物品である、請求項1に記載のプロセスに従って調製された発泡物品。
