Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一つ以上のセルと、
前記セルの下端面を支持する下部プレート、前記下部プレートの四つの角部から垂直に延び、前記セルの最外側に隣接するように配置されるストラップ形態のサイドプレート、及び前記サイドプレートの上端と結合し、前記セルの上部を覆う上部プレートを備えるフレームアセンブリーと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記サイドプレートの端部は、折り曲げられて前記上部プレートの上面に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下部プレート及び前記上部プレートの長手方向の両端と前記サイドプレートとに結合して前記セルの両端を支持する一対のエンドプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記サイドプレートは、前記下部プレートから折り曲げられて一体で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーモジュールの外郭で少なくとも一つ以上のセルを支持するフレームアセンブリーであって、
セルの下端面を支持する下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートの四つの角部から垂直に延びて前記セルの最外側に隣接するように配置されるストラップ形態のサイドプレートと、
前記サイドプレートの上端と結合して前記セルの上部を覆う上部プレートと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールのフレームアセンブリー。 - 前記サイドプレートの端部が折り曲げられて前記上部プレートの上面に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュールのフレームアセンブリー。
- 前記下部プレート及び前記上部プレートの長手方向の両端と前記サイドプレートとに結合して前記セルの両端を支持する一対のエンドプレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュールのフレームアセンブリー。
- 前記サイドプレートが、前記下部プレートから折り曲げられて一体で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュールのフレームアセンブリー。
