Claims (3)
- 複数の電池50と、
前記複数の電池間に介在して前記複数の電池50を支持すると共に、隣接した2つの前記電池50の間にそれぞれが位置するように配列された複数の支持部材51であって、各支持部材が電気的絶縁材からなり且つ下部接続部材12が一側に設けられたものであり、前記下部接続部材12が電気的伝導材からなる複数の突出部を有し、前記複数の突出部が前記電池50の上側に突出して前記複数の電池の対応する電極と接触する、複数の支持部材51と、
複数の前記電池50及び前記複数の支持部材51が配列されてなる結合体が挿入されるハウジング52と、
前記複数の支持部材51に係る複数の前記下部接続部材12と接続されて前記複数の電池50同士を機械的及び電気的に接続する一体型接続装置10と、
前記一体型接続装置10と電気的に接続されて前記複数の電池50を電気的に制御するバッテリー管理システム53と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする高電圧バッテリー。 - 前記一体型接続装置10が、
電気的絶縁材からなり、プレート形状に形成され、複数の前記電池50及び前記複数の支持部材51が配列されてなる前記結合体の上部に配置及び結合される接続ブロック1と、
電気的伝導材からなり、前記接続ブロック1の下面の複数の前記下部接続部材12にそれぞれ対応した位置に配置された複数の上部接続部材11と、
電気的伝導材からなり、前記複数の上部接続部材11と前記バッテリー管理システム53とを接続する複数の信号線13とを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高電圧バッテリー。 - 前記高電圧バッテリー100は、
複数の前記下部接続部材12の複数の前記突出部のそれぞれがネジ形状を有し、
前記複数の上部接続部材11及び前記接続ブロック1には、前記複数の突出部に対応した位置に複数の通孔が形成され、
前記複数の突出部が対応する前記通孔に挿入されて螺合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高電圧バッテリー。
