Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体の下部面および両側面を覆う下部フレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の上部面を覆う上部フレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の前後面にそれぞれ形成されるバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームを連結する連結部と、
を含み、
前記連結部は、フレキシブルフラットケーブル(Flexible Flat Cable:FFC)で形成されて前記上部フレームに付着されており、前記連結部と前記上部フレームとの間に接着部材が位置して、前記連結部が前記上部フレームに付着されている電池モジュール。 - 前記接着部材は、両面テープである、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、前記上部フレームと前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、軟性の平らな形態で形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、
前記電池セル積層体の上部面に位置する連結本体と、
前記連結本体の両端でバスバーフレーム方向にそれぞれ曲がって形成された連結ケーブルと、
前記連結ケーブルと連結されて前記バスバーフレームとそれぞれ結合する連結部コネクタと、
を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記連結部コネクタは、前記バスバーフレームに形成された接続部と結合する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部フレームの下部面に前記連結部と対応する形態に湾入された溝が形成されており、
前記連結部が前記溝に付着されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記溝の内面と前記連結部との間に接着部材が位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、前記複数の電池セルのうちの一つの電池セルの長さ方向と平行に形成された、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部は、前記バスバーフレームの間で直線形態に延びている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部フレームは、上部面が開放され、
前記下部フレームの開放された前記上部面を前記上部フレームが覆っている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを一つ以上含む電池パック。
