Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体;
前記セル組立体を収容するモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケース内の前記セル組立体の一面に位置して前記セル組立体を少なくとも部分的にカバーする上部フレーム;
前記上部フレームに長手方向に取り付けられて前記電池セルをセンシングするように構成された軟性印刷回路基板;および
前記モジュールケース内で前記軟性印刷回路基板をカバーするように前記上部フレームの主面と平行であるメインカバー部が前記上部フレーム上に取り付けられる保護カバー
を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記軟性印刷回路基板は、前記上部フレームの端部で前記セル組立体の一側面に屈曲される屈曲部を含み、
前記保護カバーは、少なくとも一側端部で前記軟性印刷回路基板の屈曲部に対応するように屈曲して延びる軒部をさらに含む、電池モジュール。 - 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体;
前記セル組立体を収容するモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケース内の前記セル組立体の一面に位置して前記セル組立体を少なくとも部分的にカバーする上部フレーム;
前記上部フレームに長手方向に取り付けられて前記電池セルをセンシングするように構成された軟性印刷回路基板;および
前記モジュールケース内で前記軟性印刷回路基板をカバーするように前記上部フレームの主面と平行であるメインカバー部が前記上部フレーム上に取り付けられる保護カバー
を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記軟性印刷回路基板は、前記上部フレームの端部で前記セル組立体の一側面に屈曲される屈曲部を含み、
前記保護カバーは、少なくとも一側端部で前記軟性印刷回路基板の屈曲部に対応するように屈曲して延びる軒部をさらに含み、
前記保護カバーは、前記セル組立体の縁を囲むように屈曲した縁部をさらに含み、
前記軒部と前記縁部は、前記メインカバー部の主面に対して互いに異なる角度に延びる、電池モジュール。 - 前記メインカバー部の主面に対して前記軒部が屈曲した角度は、前記メインカバー部の主面に対して前記縁部が屈曲した角度よりさらに小さく形成された、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記軒部は、前記縁部の一部が切開されて形成された、請求項2または3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体;
前記セル組立体を収容するモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケース内の前記セル組立体の一面に位置して前記セル組立体を少なくとも部分的にカバーする上部フレーム;
前記上部フレームに長手方向に取り付けられて前記電池セルをセンシングするように構成された軟性印刷回路基板;および
前記モジュールケース内で前記軟性印刷回路基板をカバーするように前記上部フレームの主面と平行であるメインカバー部が前記上部フレーム上に取り付けられる保護カバー
を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記軟性印刷回路基板は、前記上部フレームの端部で前記セル組立体の一側面に屈曲される屈曲部を含み、
前記保護カバーは、少なくとも一側端部で前記軟性印刷回路基板の屈曲部に対応するように屈曲して延びる軒部をさらに含み、
前記セル組立体の電極リードと電気的に接続されるバスバーと、前記セル組立体を少なくとも一側でカバーするバスバーフレームと、を含むバスバー組立体;および
前記バスバー組立体を外側で覆うエンドプレート
をさらに含み、
前記保護カバーの軒部は、前記軟性印刷回路基板の屈曲部と前記エンドプレートとの間に位置する、電池モジュール。 - 前記保護カバーは、非伝導性射出物からなる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体;
前記セル組立体を収容するモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケース内の前記セル組立体の一面に位置して前記セル組立体を少なくとも部分的にカバーする上部フレーム;
前記上部フレームに長手方向に取り付けられて前記電池セルをセンシングするように構成された軟性印刷回路基板;および
前記モジュールケース内で前記軟性印刷回路基板をカバーするように前記上部フレームの主面と平行であるメインカバー部が前記上部フレーム上に取り付けられる保護カバー
を含む、電池モジュールであって、
前記保護カバーは、前記セル組立体の長手方向に沿って延びて外側から見るとき凹むように形成された補強部をさらに含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記補強部は複数で形成され、前記軟性印刷回路基板は隣接する前記補強部の間に位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの電池モジュール;および
前記少なくとも一つの電池モジュールをパッケージングするパックケース
を含む、電池パック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つの電池パックを含む、デバイス。
