Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの電池セルを含むセル組立体、
前記セル組立体の一面を覆うカバープレート、および
前記セル組立体の一面と隣り合う他面を覆い、前記カバープレートと回動可能に結合するバスバーフレームを含み、
前記カバープレートと前記バスバーフレームは少なくとも一つの結合部によって結合し、
前記結合部は、
前記バスバーフレームの一つの角から突出して前記一つの角と平行な棒形で形成される固定部、および
前記カバープレートから突出して形成され、前記固定部の両端部がそれぞれ挿入される溝部を含む一対の収容部を含み、
前記固定部は、前記両端部に向かって前記固定部の幅が減少するように形成された傾斜面を含む電池モジュール。 - 前記傾斜面は、前記溝部と対向するように形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対の収容部は、前記一対の収容部間の間隔が前記カバープレートの上面に向かう方向に大きくなるように前記一対の収容部の内側面の少なくとも一部に形成された収容傾斜面を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部と前記バスバーフレームとの間に間隔が存在して前記固定部が前記傾斜面の反対側に形成された係止面を含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部と前記収容部が結合される時、前記傾斜面は前記収容傾斜面に沿って前記溝部に挿入されて前記係止面が前記溝部と接するまで挿入される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部が挿入される時、前記傾斜面の挿入によって前記一対の収容部間の間隔が拡大されてから、前記固定部が前記係止面に接することによって前記一対の収容部間の間隔が挿入する前の間隔に回復する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームは、前記固定部と前記収容部が結合された状態で前記溝部と反対になる前記収容部の外側面と対向する離脱防止壁をさらに含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記結合部は、前記一対の収容部の外周面から突出した係止突起をさらに含み、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記一つの角に形成された係止部をさらに含み、
前記係止突起と前記係止部の結合によって前記バスバーフレームの回動が制限される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記固定部は、前記バスバーフレームと一体に形成され、前記一対の収容部は、前記カバープレートと一体に形成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの電池モジュール、および
前記少なくとも一つの電池モジュールをパッケージングするパックケース
を含む電池パック。 - 請求項10に記載の少なくとも一つの電池パックを含むデバイス。
