Abstract
Description
前記電気機械を収容するケーシングと、
底部及び2つの対向する端部を有し、前記ケーシング(3)の直下に取り付けられる伝熱誘電液体用のリザーバと、
を備え、
前記ケーシングは、前記リザーバ内に開口する、伝熱誘電液体用の少なくとも1つの排出孔を有し、
前記リザーバの一方の端部において開口する前記排出孔を介して前記伝熱誘電液体を流しつつ、前記リザーバの前記底部における前記伝熱誘電液体を吸引し、当該伝熱誘電液体を前記電気機械に噴射するために、前記伝熱誘電液体を循環させる手段を備える冷却装置を提案する。
Claims (10)
- 移動組立体に取り付けられる、電気機械(1)用の冷却装置(2)であって、
前記電気機械(1)を収容するケーシング(3)と、
底部(43)及び2つの対向する端部(41,42)を有し、前記ケーシング(3)の直下に取り付けられる伝熱誘電液体用のリザーバ(4)と、
を備え、
前記ケーシング(3)は、前記リザーバ(4)内に開口する、前記伝熱誘電液体用の少なくとも1つの排出孔(8,8’)を有し、
前記リザーバ(4)の一方の端部(41,42)において開口する前記排出孔(8,8’)を介して前記伝熱誘電液体を流しつつ、前記リザーバ(4)の前記底部(43)における前記伝熱誘電液体を吸引し、当該伝熱誘電液体を前記電気機械(1)に噴射するために、前記伝熱誘電液体を循環させる手段を備え、
前記排出孔(8,8’)から前記リザーバ(4)の他方の端部(42,41)に向かって前記リザーバ(4)内まで延出する前記誘電液体用の排出管(10,10’)を更に備えることを特徴とする冷却装置(2)。 - 前記循環手段は、前記リザーバ(4)の前記対向する端部(41,42)のそれぞれから略等距離になるように配設された吸引ノズル(5)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記排出管(10,10’)は、前記排出孔(8,8’)と前記吸引ノズル(5)との間の距離よりも大きい距離で互いに離間された第1の端部(11,11’)及び第2の端部(12,12’)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記排出管(10,10’)の前記第1の端部(11,11’)は、前記孔(8,8’)との密封連結部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記排出管(10,10’)の前記第2の端部(12,12’)は、前記リザーバ(4)の前記他方の端部(42,41)の近傍に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記排出管(10,10’)は、その前記第1及び第2の端部(12,12’)間において、斜め方向に延在していることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記孔(8,8’)は、前記リザーバ(4)の前記端部(41,42)の略全長に亘って延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記排出管(10,10’)は、前記ケーシング(3)の前記壁に留め付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(2)。
- 前記リザーバ(4)の互いに離間し且つ対向する端部(41,42)において、それぞれ開口する2つの孔(8,8’)を備え、
互いに離間した孔(8,8’)に、それぞれ強固に接続された2つの管(10,10’)を備え、
前記管(10,10’)は、それぞれ、前記離間した孔(8,8’)から、当該離間した孔(8,8’)とは反対側に位置する前記リザーバの前記端部(42,41)に向かって延出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(2)。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(2)を備える自動車。
