Claims (34)
- 発光デバイスであって、
スペクトルの青色部分内の電磁放射線源と、
前記電磁放射線源に光学的に結合されたK2SiF6:Mn4+(KSF)蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子と、
前記電磁放射線源に光学的に結合された複数の量子ドットと、を含む発光デバイス。 - 電磁放射線源は、青色発光ダイオード(LED)である、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。
- KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子は、少なくとも1つのポリマービーズの中に含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 量子ドットは、少なくとも1つのポリマービーズの中に含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 量子ドットは、少なくとも1つの第1の種類のポリマービーズの中に含まれ、KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子は、少なくとも1つの第2の種類のポリマービーズの中に含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 量子ドットは複数のポリマービーズの中に含まれ、各ポリマービーズが、KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子と、複数の量子ドットとを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- ビーズは、アクリレート、シリコーン及びエポキシからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項3乃至6の何れかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 量子ドットは、緑色発光量子ドットである、請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 量子ドットは、重金属を含まない量子ドットである、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の発光デバイス。
- LEDはカップ型パッケージの中に収容され、KSF蛍光体はポリマーマトリックスの中にあり、ポリマーマトリックス内のKSF蛍光体と量子ドットを有する少なくとも1つのポリマービーズはカップ内の中に含まれる、請求項4に記載の発光デバイス。
- LEDはカップ型パッケージに収容され、KSF蛍光体はカップの中に含まれ、複数の量子ドットはLEDパッケージから離れたフィルムの中にある、請求項2に記載の発光デバイス。
- LEDはカップ型パッケージに収容され、第1の種類の1つのポリマービーズと第2の種類の1つのポリマービーズは、LEDパッケージのカップのマトリックスの中に含まれる、請求項5に記載の発光デバイス。
- LEDはカップ型パッケージに収容され、KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子と複数の量子ドットを含むポリマービーズはLEDパッケージのカップの中に含まれる、請求項6に記載の発光デバイス。
- LEDはカップ型パッケージに収容され、KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子を含むポリマービーズはLEDパッケージのカップの中にあり、複数の量子ドットは、LEDパッケージから離れたフィルムの中にある、請求項3に記載の発光デバイス。
- 量子ドットは、第1の種類の少なくとも1つのポリマービーズの中に含まれ、第2の種類の少なくとも1つのポリマービーズの中に含まれるKSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子は、LEDから離れたフィルムの中にある、請求項5に記載の発光デバイス。
- KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子を含む複数のポリマービーズと複数の量子ドットは、LEDから離れたフィルムの中にある、請求項6に記載の発光デバイス。
- KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子と複数の量子ドットは両方ともLEDから離れたフィルムの中に含まれる、請求項2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 光透過性樹脂と、前記樹脂の中に埋め込まれた複数のKSF蛍光体粒子とを含むビーズ。
- 前記樹脂に埋め込まれた複数の量子ドットをさらに含む、請求項18に記載のビーズ。
- 光透過性樹脂を含むシェル部によって囲まれた中央コア部と、前記シェル部の樹脂に埋め込まれた複数のKSF蛍光体粒子と、を含むビーズ。
- コア部に複数の量子ドットをさらに含む、請求項20に記載されたビーズ。
- シェル部によって囲まれた光透過性樹脂を含む中央コア部と、前記中央コア部の樹脂に埋め込まれた複数のKSF蛍光体粒子と、を含むビーズ。
- シェル部に複数の量子ドットをさらに含む、請求項22に記載のビーズ。
- 白色光を発生させる方法であって、
スペクトルの青色部分に電磁放射線源を配備することと、
前記電磁放射線源に光学的に結合されたK2SiF6:Mn4+(KSF)の1又は2以上の粒子を供給することと、
前記電磁放射線源に光学的に結合された複数の緑色発光量子ドットを供給することと、を含む、方法。 - 電磁放射線源は、青色発光ダイオード(LED)である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 液晶ディスプレイ用のバックライトユニットであって、
スペクトルの青色部分に電磁放射線源と、
前記電磁放射線源に光学的に結合され、K2SiF6:Mn4+(KSF)蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子及び複数の量子ドットを含むポリマーフィルムと、を含むバックライトユニット。 - 電磁放射線源は青色発光ダイオード(LED)である、請求項26に記載のバックライトユニット。
- KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子は、少なくとも1つのポリマービーズの中に含まれる、請求項26に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 量子ドットは、少なくとも1つのポリマービーズの中に含まれる、請求項26に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 量子ドットは、少なくとも1つの第1の種類のポリマービーズの中に含まれ、KSF蛍光体の1又は2以上の粒子は、少なくとも1つの第2の種類のポリマービーズの中に含まれる、請求項26に記載のバックライトユニット。
